Device and method for firmly gripping an object, such as a container or jar
A strap wrench device includes (a) an elongate, flexible member having a first end and a second end; and (b) an elongate handle having a proximal end, a distal end, a face side and a back side. The handle is configured to be conveniently held in a user's right hand with its proximal end extending toward the object to be gripped. The proximal end of the handle has a means on its right side (when held by a user with its the face side upward) for attaching the first end of the flexible member. It also has an opening adjacent the handle's left side through which the second end of the flexible member can pass. The flexible member extends through the opening in the handle, thereby forming a loop that can surround and grip an object. The flexible member then extends further along the left side of the handle toward the handle's distal end. The handle includes a rounded protrusion at its proximal end, adjacent to the opening and on a side of the opening that is opposite to the flexible member attachment means, for pressing the flexible member against the gripped object when the device is in use.

ROTATABLE CAP OPENER
An opener for a rotatable cap, the opener including a rounded plate being fixed to a first arm; a strap, a second arm, first end thereof being pivotally connected to the rounded plate, and second end of the second arm being fixed to an end of the strap, thereby rotation of the rounded plate by the first arm fixed thereto while the strap surrounds the rotatable cap, slides a first portion of the strap to attach the strap to the rotatable cap, and rotates the strap, while being attached to the rotatable cap, to rotate the rotatable cap.

CONTAINER OPENER
The present application provides a container opener designed to address the difficulty of opening well-sealed containers with bare hands and the ergonomic shortcomings of existing openers. The opener includes a housing, an adjustment mechanism, a handle, and a locking assembly. The container opener accurately adjusts the length of the strip to accommodate container caps of different sizes. Once the adjustment is complete, the length of the extended strip can be locked to prevent the container opener from loosening during the cap-opening process. Additionally, the container opener provides reliable friction with the cap, effectively preventing relative rotation when tightly engaged. Furthermore, the container opener is designed with ergonomic features to enhance user-friendliness. In some application scenarios, the container opener may also be used as a tool to close the cap to the container.
