A beer line dispensing and cleaning system has a keg tapping head for connection to an outlet of a beer keg. A beer dispensing line is connected between the keg tapping head and a beer dispensing tap. An electrolytic ozone generator has a water inlet for connection to a water supply and an ozone water outlet for connection by an ozone water line to the beer dispensing line for delivery of ozone water through the beer dispensing line to sanitize the beer dispensing line.

Devices, systems, and solutions for cleaning tap lines are described herein. One tap line cleaning system, includes a beverage dispensing tap, a beverage storage container, a tap line allowing fluid communication of a beverage between the beverage storage container connected at a first end of the tap line and the beverage dispensing tap connected at a second end of the tap line, a cleaning solution reservoir, a cleaning solution line allowing fluid communication of a cleaning solution into the first end of the tap line such that the cleaning solution can pass into the first end of the tap line, out of the second end of the tap line and exit the system via the beverage dispensing tap, and a valve to switch a valve position between closed and open to allow fluid communication of the cleaning solution to the tap line.

Devices, systems, and solutions for cleaning tap lines are described herein. The invention relates to a connector head (12) comprising an interior space (40), a tank connector (13) which is in fluid communication with the interior space (40) and which can be fluidly connected to a valve apparatus (10) mounted on the tank (9) for filling or emptying the tank (9), a product port (14) in fluid communication with the interior space (40) and a discharge port (33) in fluid communication with the interior space (40). A cleaning unit (38) for supplying a cleaning liquid to a beverage dispensing system, in which the cleaning unit (38) comprises a first inlet (36) for receiving a pressure fluid, a second inlet (44) for receiving a cleaning liquid, an outlet (42) for supplying the cleaning liquid to a discharge valve of the beverage dispensing system, and a drive mechanism for forcing the cleaning liquid from the second inlet (44) to said outlet (42) by using the pressure fluid received at the first inlet.

A cleaning unit (38) for supplying a cleaning liquid to a beverage dispensing system, in which the cleaning unit (38) comprises a first inlet (36) for receiving a pressure fluid, a second inlet (44) for receiving a cleaning liquid, an outlet (42) for supplying the cleaning liquid to a discharge valve of the beverage dispensing system, and a drive mechanism for forcing the cleaning liquid from the second inlet (44) to said outlet (42) by using the pressure fluid received at the first inlet.

A fluid material dispensing apparatus capable of conducting an automatic self-cleaning operation includes: controlling a switch to conduct a liquid outlet a cleaning sink and a liquid input port of a fluid diverter, so that cleaning solution in the cleaning sink flows into the fluid diverter; activate a pump to push residual fluid material in a material transmission pipe forward, so that the residual fluid material is discharged into a diversion device through an outlet connector; and utilizing operation of the pump to form a negative pressure in a detergent transmission pipe, so that the cleaning solution in the fluid diverter is sucked into a dual-mode fluid connector through the detergent transmission pipe, and then flows into the material transmission pipe through the dual-mode fluid connector.

A fluid material dispensing apparatus capable of conducting an automatic self-disinfection operation includes: controlling a switch to conduct a liquid outlet a cleaning sink and a liquid input port of a fluid diverter, so that the disinfectant solution in the cleaning sink flows into the fluid diverter; activate a pump to push residual cleaning solution in a material transmission pipe forward, so that the residual cleaning solution is discharged into a diversion device through an outlet connector; and utilizing operation of the pump to form a negative pressure in a detergent transmission pipe, so that the disinfectant solution in the fluid diverter is sucked into a dual-mode fluid connector through the detergent transmission pipe, and then flows into the material transmission pipe through the dual-mode fluid connector.
