Flavor and additive delivery systems and methods for beverage dispensers
Flavor and additive delivery systems and methods for beverage dispensers are disclosed. An example beverage dispenser includes flavor containers configured to contain flavor mixtures, a manifold configured to blend water with flavor mixtures, a flowrate sensor configured to detect a current flowrate of the water flowing to the manifold, memory configured to store instructions related to dispensing the water and the flavor mixtures, and a processor. The processor is configured to receive a request for a selected beverage, identify a ratio between the water and one or more of the flavor mixtures for the selected beverage, transmit a water control signal to cause the water to flow at a requested water flowrate, and transmit one or more first flavor control signals to cause one or more of the flavor mixtures to flow from the flavor containers based on the ratio.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR METERING, MIXING, AND DISPENSING LIQUIDS, INCLUDING ALCOHOLIC AND NONALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Systems and methods, including a system for metering, mixing, and dispensing liquids, such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic liquids and solutions, are provided. In one instance, the system includes a controller operatively coupled to a first pump and a second pump. The first pump and the second pump are coupled to a first liquid source and a second liquid source, respectively. The controller controls flow rates at each of the first pump and the second pump. The system includes a valve coupled to a source supply of a third liquid, including pressurized carbonated water. The system includes a fluid connector coupled to the first pump, the second pump, the valve, and a dispenser. The connector receives the first liquid, the second liquid, and the third liquid, such that a fourth liquid, including a combination of the first liquid, the second liquid, and the third liquid, is dispensable from the dispenser.
Refrigerator for drinks
A refrigerator for drinks is provided. The refrigerator may include a cabinet having a storage compartment therein, and a dispenser nozzle disposed to be at least partially exposed outside the cabinet. A pump connection line being able to increase pressure in a drink container by delivering high-pressure air into the drink container and a tank connection line preventing oxidation of the drink in the drink container by delivering an unreactive gas into the drink container may be disposed in the cabinet. Accordingly, two functions of discharging a drink and preventing oxidation may be individually performed, so consumption of an unreactive gas may be reduced.
AUTOMATED DRINK MAKER
A drink making device including a hood, a base configured to support at least four bottles, a tower connecting the base and the hood; and a dispenser for dispensing a beverage. The hood includes at least four attachment connectors. Liquid from the bottles is selectively pumped through the connectors through the dispenser to dispense a beverage.
Dosing accuracy
Flow control assemblies are provided. The flow control assemblies include a cap having a flow control system with an inlet port having an inlet valve and an outlet port having an outlet valve, wherein the flow control system achieves a Dosing Accuracy (DA) of about 100 or less according to the following formula:
where, Po is a pressure to open the outlet valve (mmH.sub.2O), Pc is a pressure to close the outlet valve (mmH.sub.2O), Vd is a diameter of the outlet valve (mm), and Ls is a length of the valve opening (mm).
Beverage dispensing system, a beverage dispensing assembly, a method of operating a beverage dispensing system and a pressure housing
Beverage dispensing system comprising a pressure housing comprising a first housing part 12, 12′ having a connector aperture 22, and a second housing part 14, 14′. The system further comprises a pair of connectors 24, 24′ connectable to the connector aperture in a pressure-tight sealing connection. The pair of connectors 24, 24′ comprises a first connector 24 having a through-going hole for allowing guiding a first tapping line 20 through the through-going hole and a second connector 24′ being connectable to a second tapping line. The system further comprises a pair of beverage containers 16, 16′, both accommodating a carbonated beverage and having a beverage outlet. A first beverage container 16 of the pair of beverage containers comprises the first tapping line 20 communicating with the beverage outlet. A second beverage container 16′ of the pair of beverage containers has an openable seal for establishing connection from the beverage outlet to the second connector 24′. The system further comprises a pressure inlet.
BEVERAGE PREPARATION DEVICE WITH COOLED ADDITIVE CONTAINERS
The present invention relates to a beverage preparation device (1) comprising a beverage preparation section (2) for preparing and dispensing a beverage product, a water supply (4) for supplying water to the beverage preparation section (2) for beverage preparation, and an additive supply (6) for supplying beverage additives to the beverage preparation section (2) to be mixed with water from the water supply (4) for beverage preparation. The additive supply (6) comprises a storage section (10) for housing and storing containers (12) respectively carrying a beverage additive. The additive supply (6) comprises a cooling device (16) for cooling the containers (12) stored in the storage section (10).
DOSING PUMP DEVICE FOR DOSING METERED AMOUNTS OF A LIQUID PRODUCT
A dosing pump for dosing metered amounts of liquid product, includes an inlet adapted to be fluidly connected to a storage container, an output adapted to be connected to a beverage dispensing machine for receiving metered amounts of liquid product, and a dosing chamber arranged for transferring a liquid from the inlet to the output. The dosing chamber is at least partly filled with a liquid different from the liquid product. The different liquid can be a cleaning fluid, or be food compliant. The dosing pump can be included in an exchangeable supply pack filled with the liquid product for connecting to a beverage dispensing machine, and the output can be adapted to be brought into fluid connection with a beverage dispensing machine. When associated with a beverage dispensing machine, the dosing pump can be operated to allow the different fluid to be pumped through the beverage dispensing machine prior to a first dosing cycle of liquid product.
BEVERAGE SUPPLY DEVICE
A beverage supply device is provided with: physical buttons (3a) to (3c) for receiving an indicator operation indicating that a beverage selected from among the plurality of types of beverages is to be supplied; a control unit that causes a selected beverage to be discharged from a predetermined nozzle while one of the physical buttons (3a) to (3c) is receiving an indicator operation; and a storage unit that stores the number of sales for each beverage. The control unit increases the number of sales for a beverage by one sale when the same beverage is supplied continuously and the interval during which the beverage is supplied continuously is longer than a predetermined period. The control unit does not increase the number of sales for a beverage when the interval during which the beverage is supplied continuously is shorter than a predetermined period.
LIQUID DISPENSING DEVICE
A liquid dispensing device includes a needle. The needle is adapted to penetrate a container without tearing out a portion of the container.
