A device for filling vehicles on assembly lines with a plurality of different operating media, which are fed from filling stations via connecting lines and special adapters into the circuits and tanks of the vehicles. The device structurally integrates the terminals of all tanks and circuits of a vehicle which are to be filled with an operating medium in a common assembly, configured as a filling unit installed in the vehicle. The filling unit can be brought into operative connection with a filling tool for all of the terminals of all filling stations of different operating media. The terminals for the same operating medium at the filling unit of the vehicle and the filling tool to be brought into operative connection are configured with congruent contours.

A fuel hose for delivering multiple-grades of fuel is provided and in one embodiment includes a first hose portion having a first length and a first diameter, and a second hose portion having a second length and a second diameter. The first hose portion includes a first fuel line and a second fuel line, and the second hose portion includes a third fuel line. The first fuel line and the second fuel line can be fluidly connected to the third fuel line. In one embodiment, the first diameter of the first hose portion is larger than the second diameter of the second hose portion. The invention further relates to a fuel dispensing unit.

A distribution station includes a mobile trailer that has outer walls that enclose at least one interior compartment and the outer walls contain at least an exterior shell and thermal insulation adjacent the exterior shell. There is a pump, at least one manifold fluidly connected with the pump, a plurality of reels, a plurality of hoses connected with different ones of the reels, and a plurality of valves on the mobile trailer. Each valve is situated between the manifold and a respective different one of the reels. A plurality of fluid level sensors are associated with different ones of the hoses. A controller is configured to individually open and close the valves responsive to the fluid level sensors.
