Molecular sieve having mesopores, preparation method therefor, and application thereof
A molecular sieve has a silica/alumina molar ratio of 100-300, and has a mesopore structure. One closed hysteresis loop appears in the range of P/P.sub.0=0.4-0.99 in the low temperature nitrogen gas adsorption-desorption curve, and the starting location of the closed hysteresis loop is in the range of P/P.sub.0=0.4-0.7. The catalyst formed from the molecular sieve as a solid acid not only has a good capacity of isomerization to reduce the freezing point, but also can produce a high yield of the product with a lower pour point. The process for preparing the catalyst involves steps including crystallization, filtration, calcination, and hydrothermal treatment.
Molecular sieve SSZ-116, its synthesis and use
A novel synthetic crystalline aluminogermanosilicate molecular sieve material, designated SSZ-116, is provided. SSZ-116 can be synthesized using 3-[(3,5-di-tert-butylphenyl)methyl]-1,2-dimethyl-1H-imidazolium cations as a structure directing agent. SSZ-116 may be used in organic compound conversion reactions and/or sorptive processes.

This disclosure also relates to the structure directing agents used in the methods for making the SSZ-116 material as well as the synthesis method used to prepare such structure directing agents.
SCM-33 MOLECULAR SIEVE, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF
A SCM-33 molecular sieve has a schematic chemical composition as shown in the formula “SiO.sub.2.Math.1/x XO.sub.1.5.Math.m MO.sub.0.5”, wherein X is a framework trivalent element, the Si/X molar ratio x is ≥5, M is a framework equilibrium cation, and the M/Si molar ratio is 0 <m≤1. The molecular sieve is a novel molecular sieve with RTE topology and the molecular sieve requires short preparation time, involves a low synthesis cost and can be used as adsorbent or catalyst.
Modified Beta Zeolite, Catalytic Cracking Catalyst and Their Preparation Method and Application
A modified β zeolite has 0.5-15 wt % of an IVB group metal element in terms of oxide on the dry basis weight of the modified β zeolite. The number of medium strong acid centers of the modified β zeolite accounts for 30-60% of the total acid amount, the number of strong acid centers accounts for 5-25% of the total acid amount, and the ratio of B acid to L acid is 0.8 or more. The ratio of the weight content of the IVB group metal element in the modified β zeolite body phase to the weight content of the IVB group metal element on the surface is 0.1-0.8. The catalytic cracking catalyst containing the modified β zeolite has good selectivity and yield of C4 olefin.
Methods for producing crystalline microporous solids with IWV topology and compositions derived from the same
This disclosure relates to new crystalline microporous solids (including silicate- and aluminosilicate-based solids), the compositions comprising 8 and 10 membered inorganic rings, particularly those having IWV topologies having a range of Si:Al ratios, methods of preparing these and known crystalline microporous solids using certain quaternized imidazolium cation templates.
ZEOLITE CATALYSTS, METHODS FOR PRODUCING ZEOLITE CATALYSTS, AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING LOWER OLEFINS
Provided are zeolite catalysts that allow reactions to proceed at temperatures as low as possible when lower olefins are produced from hydrocarbon feedstocks with low boiling points such as light naphtha, make it possible to make propylene yield higher than ethylene yield in the production of lower olefins, and have long lifetime. The zeolite catalysts are used in the production of lower olefins from hydrocarbon feedstocks with low boiling points such as light naphtha. The zeolite catalysts are MFI-type crystalline aluminosilicates containing iron atoms and have molar ratios of iron atoms to total moles of iron atoms and aluminum atoms in the range from 0.4 to 0.7. The use of the zeolite catalysts make it possible to increase propylene yield, to lower reaction temperatures, and to extend catalyst lifetime.
