SYSTEM FOR CONTINUOUS OIL/WATER SEPARATION USING SUPERHYDROPHILIC OIL/WATER SEPARATION FILTER
A continuous oil-water separation system includes a storage tank having an inlet and an outlet and storing an oil-water mixture, a filter housing including a storage space having a predetermined height and having an inlet connected to the outflow portion of the storage tank to allow the oil-water mixture to flow in therethrough, a water drain hole allowing water separated from the oil-water mixture to be discharged therethrough, and an outlet allowing a residual oil-water mixture to flow out therethrough, a super-hydrophilic oil-water separation filter positioned in the storage space of the filter housing to absorb water from the oil-water mixture and connected to the water drain hole to allow the absorbed water to be discharged therethrough, a pressure control valve installed on an outlet pipe extending from the outlet, and a hydrophobic membrane connected to a rear end of the pressure control valve on the outlet pipe.
Highly Configurable Adaptable Mobile Deionization Trailer
Systems for treating water, e.g., mobile deionization systems, are disclosed. The system includes a system inlet connectable to a source of water to be treated; a water distribution manifold connected to the system inlet and including a plurality of valves structured and arranged to provide a configurable flow path along the water distribution manifold; a plurality of water treatment vessels each having an inlet and an outlet connected to the water distribution manifold; and a system outlet connected to the outlet of a last of the plurality of water treatment vessels. The plurality of valves are selectively operable to provide for sections of the water distribution manifold to switch between flowing water into one or more of the plurality of water treatment vessels or receiving water from the one or more of the plurality of water treatment vessels. Methods of treating water using the systems are also disclosed.
Water delivery control system
A water delivery control system operates to selectively deliver water from a water source to water use devices. The system includes at least one controller that wirelessly communicates messages with a portable user device. The system includes a water control valve and a motor that is operative to selectively move at least one valve element of the valve. A water meter is operative to measure water flow that corresponds to flow through the valve. The controller is operable to cause the valve to enable or prevent flow through the valve responsive at least in part to water flow data. The controller is operative to determine a water use condition responsive to a water usage pattern, and to cause at least one message to be sent to the portable user device responsive to the determined water use condition.
Device for hydroxyl-radical-based water disinfection and purification and method of use
The device provided relates to the field of water purification and disinfection. The device for water purification works by exposing water to an hydroxyl radicals and includes a corona discharge reactor, an ejector, at least one solenoid valve, control electronics, a mixing chamber. Inside the reactor there is a group of pin discharge electrodes, an earthen solid electrode, a chamber of saturated vapors of treated water, and the reactor is interfaced to the ejector. The device allows to obtain at the output of the device water with a high degree of purification, as from biological pollution, as well as to get rid of many undesirable chemical compounds present in the source water by their oxidation to safe products.
WATER FILTER ASSEMBLY AND REFRIGERATION APPLIANCE EQUIPPED THEREWITH
A water filter assembly for a refrigeration appliance contains an inlet connection, a filter head, on which a water filter can be mounted, a non-return valve and an outlet connection. The non-return valve is connected to the water filter by way of a hose. The hose can be attached to a connection of the filter head which is already available to feed or drain water, without adjustments to the filter head being required for this purpose.
