A condensate chamber is a housing having an inlet, an outlet, a base, a top wall, and upstanding sidewalls. The upstanding sidewalls include a first end sidewall, a second end sidewall, a first side sidewall, and a second side sidewall. A divider is disposed within the housing and includes a proximal end disposed against the first end sidewall and extends towards the second end sidewall. A gap is defined in between a distal end of the divider and the second end sidewall. The divider defines a serpentine channel within the housing starting at the inlet and ending at the outlet.

A filtration system using lightweight fibrous media (LFM) that are pre-compressed either 1) manually; or 2) in-situ using hydraulic flow; and where the LFM are forced to separate and relax for cleaning either: 1) manually, 2) in-situ in their filter housing, or 3) in an auto-clean system using separate devices in order to enact a particularly aggressive cleaning process. A plurality of lightweight fibrous media balls are pre-compressed and used to form a single mass that can filter water as the media are compressed by pre-compression before installation, or by water flow pushing on a pre-compression plate during filtration thereby forming a single mass providing multitudes of tortuous paths through which water can flow and the media can capture small particulate matter.

System for recovering fat, oil and grease from wastewater

A system for recovering fat, oil and grease (FOG) from wastewater has multiple annular flotation zones in a concentric configuration surrounding a central column to create progressively increasing surface areas for FOG and solid particles flotation, and thereby enhance FOG recovery and removal. Each flotation zone is equipped with an independent pressurized micro air and ozone bubbles distribution system. A controlled amount of ozone can be injected into the wastewater along with recirculated effluent and micro-size air bubbles. Upon the release of pressurized air-ozone-water mixture, micro-size bubbles are generated and distributed in each flotation zone to effectively float up FOG and solid particles in the wastewater stream.
