A burner tip body is connected to the burner body at ends of the external and second internal conduits. The burner tip includes a generally central flow passage for a combustible mixture, the flow passage defined by an inner wall of the burner tip. The burner tip further has an outer wall and a crown connecting the inner and outer walls. The inner and outer walls, and the crown are comprised of same or different materials having greater corrosion and/or fatigue resistance than at least the external burner conduit.

Submerged combustion glass melting systems and methods of use
Submerged combustion glass manufacturing systems and methods include a melter having a floor, a roof, a wall structure connecting the floor and roof, and one or more submerged combustion burners mounted in the floor, roof, and/or wall structure discharging combustion products including water vapor under a level of material being melted in the melter and create turbulent conditions in the material. The floor, roof, or wall structure may include fluid-cooled refractory material and an optional metallic external shell, or the metallic shell may include coolant passages. One or more conduits drain water condensed from the water vapor from regions of refractory material substantially saturated with the water, and/or from burner supports.

One or more of the burners is configured to impart heat and turbulence to the molten material, producing a turbulent molten material comprising a plurality of bubbles suspended in the molten material, the bubbles comprising at least some of the combustion products, and optionally other gas species introduced by the burners. The molten material and bubbles are drawn through a bushing fluidly connected to a forehearth to produce a glass fiber comprising a plurality of interior regions substantially devoid of glass.

WASTE GLASS RECYCLING PRODUCTION LINE FOR HORSESHOE-FIRED-MELTING- FURNACE WASTE GLASS
A recycling production line for horseshoe-fired-melting-furnace waste glass is provided, which includes a pre-flushing mechanism used for cleaning, a secondary cleaning mechanism and a drying mechanism. Two conveying mechanisms are mounted at a lower end of the pre-flushing mechanism and a lower end of the drying mechanism, respectively. The secondary cleaning mechanism is arranged between the two conveying mechanisms. An oscillating mechanism is arranged between the pre-flushing mechanism and the conveying mechanism. Through the cooperation of the pre-flushing mechanism and the oscillating mechanism, when glass cullet is flushed for the first time, the effective vibration force and the flushing force can be provided, the cleaning effect is guaranteed, water resources can be recycled, and energy resources are saved. The ultrasonic cleaning, and the drying that is performed at a drying temperature with temperature ranges are utilized, to improve the cleaning degree for later use.

The external conduit and first internal conduit form an annulus for passing a cooling fluid there between. A second internal conduit substantially concentric with the external conduit forms a second annulus between the first and second internal conduits. The burner tip body includes a generally central flow passage for a combustible mixture, the flow passage defined by an inner wall of the burner tip body. The burner tip body further has an outer wall and a crown connecting the inner and outer walls. The crown includes at least one physical convolution sufficient to increase surface area and fatigue resistance of the crown.
