ELECTROCONDUCTIVE-FILM-COATED SUBSTRATE AND REFLECTIVE MASK BLANK
An electroconductive-film-coated substrate includes a glass substrate and an electroconductive film disposed on one main surface of the glass substrate. The electroconductive film has an inclined portion in a peripheral edge. A distance from a position in the inclined portion where a thickness of the electroconductive film is 10% of a film thickness of a center of the electroconductive film to an edge end of the glass substrate is 3.00 mm or less. A distance from an end of the inclined portion to the edge end of the glass substrate is longer than 0.00 mm.
METHOD OF MAKING A COATED GLASS ARTICLE
The invention provides a method of making a coated glass article in which a gaseous mixture is formed including an aluminum-containing compound, a boron-containing compound, and an inert gas. This gaseous mixture is delivered to a location above a major surface of a glass substrate to deposit a coating comprising aluminum, boron, and oxygen over the major surface of the glass substrate.
GLASS-CERAMIC ARTICLE
The present invention relates to a glass-ceramic article comprising at least one substrate, such as a plate, made of glass-ceramic, said substrate being coated in at least one area with at least one enamel coating such that:
1) said enamel has a gloss at 60 of less than 40,
2) the coverage rate of said enamel in said area coated with said coating is 40 to 80%,
3) said enamel preferably: 3a) is free of pigments in the form of mica or aluminum oxide or silica particles coated with metal oxides or combinations of metal oxides, and 3b) has a roughness Ra greater than or equal to 0.4 m and/or a luminosity L* greater than 50.
GLASS BODY
The glass body according to the present invention includes a plate-like glass plate having a first surface and a second surface; and an antibacterial film that is formed on the first surface and in which copper ions are dispersed.
Glass-ceramic article
The present invention relates to a glass-ceramic article comprising at least one substrate, such as a plate, made of glass-ceramic, said substrate being coated in at least one area with at least one enamel coating such that: 1) said enamel has a gloss at 60? of less than 40, 2) the coverage rate of said enamel in said area coated with said coating is 40 to 80%, 3) said enamel preferably: 3a) is free of pigments in the form of mica or aluminum oxide or silica particles coated with metal oxides or combinations of metal oxides, and 3b) has a roughness Ra greater than or equal to 0.4 ?m and/or a luminosity L* greater than 50.
Scratch-resistant coatings, substrates having scratch-resistant coatings and methods for producing same
A substrate having a coating for enhanced scratch resistance is provided. The coating includes at least one high refractive index transparent hard material layer. The hard material layer includes crystalline aluminum nitride having a hexagonal crystal structure that exhibits a predominant (001) preferred orientation of the hexagonal symmetry.
