Cultivating material composition
Provided is a cultivating material composition including a cultivating substrate and a bio-cellulose film, wherein the bio-cellulose film is in contact with the cultivating substrate, such that highly increased yield and quality of crops, a shorter harvest period, less water and nutrient sources, and low cost can be achieved.
Biochar encased in a biodegradable material
A soil amendment is provided and a method for making the same, where the soil amendment is encasing biochar in a biodegradable material. The biochar encased in the biodegradable material may be either or both treated and untreated (raw) biochar. The biodegradable material encasing the biochar may be sealed to produce a packet or capsule, or deposited on a sheet of biodegradable material. The sheet of biodegradable material may include a biodegradable adhesive, creating a biochar tape on the biodegradable material. In another example the biodegradable material may be immersed in a solution containing biochar to create a soil amendment, for example, to wrap a root ball of a seedling or sapling. The biodegradable material may, for example, be a polymer, wax, oil, or paraffin which is used to create a bead, capsule, or pod of biochar or biochar slurry, or may be a fiber based or polymer based material that can be formed into a shape, such as a liner, container, or a disc.
Composition for plants' root development and growing bag comprising it
The composition contains, as essential components, coconut fibers, compost of sheep manure and Glomus iranicum var. tenuihypahrum. The composition is included into a bag that has at least two parts joined together through at least a first weakened portion, allowing to separate it into two bags each having an opening wherein the composition contained in the bag parts is accessible. The composition inside each of the bags is contacted with a plant or at least a seed via the opening.
A SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING NUTRIENTS TO PLANTLETS
The present application relates to a system for providing nutrients to plantlets, the system comprising: a water controlling agent, an organic waste material, a seed germination enhancer, a binding material. The water controlling agent may be a super absorbent polymer. The organic waste material may be worm casting. The seed germination enhancer may be selected from a group consisting of GA3, GA 4+7, and a combination thereof. The ratio of the water controlling agent to the organic waste material may be between about 1:1 and about 1:6.
ORGANIC FLOCCULANT AND FERTILIZER
Provided herein is technology relating to organic fertilizers and particularly, but not exclusively, to organic and/or biodegradable flocculants, methods of preparing organic fertilizers using an organic and/or biodegradable flocculant, and systems for treating water using an organic and/or biodegradable flocculant to prepare an organic fertilizer.
DUAL CHAMBER DISINFECTION SYSTEM
A transport system can include a first chamber having a body that is configured to fully enclose a biodegradable container placed within the first chamber, the biodegradable container having food waste therein, and the biodegradable container being sealed from the ambient environment, and a disinfection system being configured to disinfect an object placed within the body. The transport system can include a second chamber having a composting system, the composting system being configured to begin to compost an object placed within the second chamber, and an enclosure that houses the first chamber and the second chamber. The first chamber, and the second chamber can be configured to be placed within a cargo space of a vehicle.
COMPOSITION FOR FERTILIZATION AND TREATING TREES, SHRUBS AND CLIMBING PLANTS WITH PROGRAMMED RELEASE OF THE ACTIVE SUBSTANCE THAT AT THE INJECTION LOCATION INDUCES FORMATION OF A CLUMP OF YOUNG ROOTS THAT BECOME THE MOUTH OF THE TREE
The disclosed composition for fertilization and treating trees, shrubs and climbing plants with programmed release of the active substance is comprising the active substance stored in capsules made by nanoencapsulation or microencapsulation method and wherein based on capsule membrane the time of release of the active substance is adjusted. The active component stored in the nanocapsules or microcapsules can be such that it acidifies the surrounding soil in the range of pH 2,5 to pH 6,5. One example of such active component is the use of citric acid, which is completely ecological and does not create environmental pollution. Also, the active component in the nanocapsules can be such that it regulates the acidity of the soil in the range of pH 6,5 to pH 7,0. Furthermore, the active component in the special capsules can be an insecticide and/or in the special capsules fungicide, and/or in the special capsules acaricide and/or in the special capsules pheromone and/or in the special capsules repellent.
Article for enriching soil fertility
The present disclosure relates to an article for enriching soil fertility, a method of manufacturing the same and a method of enriching soil fertility. The article comprising: a plurality of containers, each having a respective fluid-permeable membrane and each containing one or more fertilizers. At least one of permeabilities of the membranes and contents of the one or more fertilizers are selected to control a release of the fertilizers from the containers.
