A fluid distributor includes one or more fluid transport main pipe. The fluid transport main pipe is configured to assume a closed shape when its centerlines and/or centerline extensions are joined end-to-end. Each of the fluid transport main pipe has at least one fluid inlet and is connected with a plurality of fluid transport branch pipes. Each of the fluid transport branch pipes has a plurality of open pores disposed along the length of the fluid transport branch pipe and a connection portion. The connection portion is configured to connect the fluid transport branch pipe to the housing after the fluid transport branch pipe passes through the housing of the vessel into the inner cavity.

A fluidizing device comprising the gas distribution plate and application of the fluidizing device in an oxidation or ammoxidation reaction process are also disclosed. The gas distribution plate has an advantage of uniform gas distribution.

The present invention provides a method for producing a catalyst for ammoxidation, comprising steps of: preparing a catalyst precursor slurry comprising a liquid phase and a solid phase; drying the catalyst precursor slurry to obtain dry a particle; and calcining the dry particle to obtain a catalyst for ammoxidation, wherein the solid phase of the catalyst precursor slurry comprises an aggregate containing a metal and a carrier, metal primary particles constituting the aggregate have a particle size of 1 μm or smaller, and an average particle size of the metal primary particles is 40 nm or larger and 200 nm or smaller.

The fluidized bed reactor comprises at least a reaction cooling section and a vertical inner component provided in the reaction cooling section. Where, at a cross section transverse and perpendicular to a central axis of the fluidized bed reactor, an area of the cross section of the reaction cooling section is designated as S1 (expressed in a unit of m.sup.2) and an outer contour circumference of the cross section of the vertical inner component is designated as L1 (expressed in a unit of m), L1/S1=2.0-4.3 m.sup.−1. The fluidized bed reactor can promote the breaking of bubbles as early as possible and effectively limit the growth of the bubbles.
