INDUSTRIAL EXTRACTION METHOD OF CANNABIDIOL
Disclosed is an industrial extraction method of cannabidiol, pertaining to the field of medicine and chemical industry. The present invention aims to resolve the problems of difficulty in wax removal, low extraction rate of cannabidiol, and excessively high content of tetrahydrocannabinol during extraction using conventional solvents in the prior art. The extraction method employs raw material pretreatment, granulation, extraction, liquid-liquid extraction, decolorization, concentration, and other processes, such that wax removal from an extracted liquid is improved, the purity of a crude cannabidiol oil can be increased to 60%, and 40% of tetrahydrocannabinol can be removed. The method has high extraction yields and low costs, and can be implemented in large-scale industrial production.

Isolation and crystallization of cannabinoids without distillation or evaporation of solvents
Cannabis plant material is extracted with a solvent matrix consisting of one or more organic solvents and optionally water. The cannabis plant material is agitated in the solvent matrix and then removed by filtration or centrifugation. Following extraction, the plant material is separated from the solvent matrix by centrifugation. The resulting extract is clarified by membrane filtration which also removes most of the water and water-soluble impurities. The resulting extract is dewaxed using membrane filtration and/or liquid-liquid extraction. Excess solvent and terpenoids are removed by means of molecular weight cutoff membrane filtration and the resulting cannabinoid solution is decarboxylated catalytically. Seed crystals are added to crystallize the cannabinoids.

Method for the production of cannabinoids from types of industrial hemp
The present invention describes a process for the production of (−)-cannabidiol (CBD) from industrial hemp by means of an extraction followed by two alternative working processes: a process A which provides extraction with solvents first to an alkaline pH and then to acidic pH to isolate the carboxyl form of the CBD which is then subjected to decarboxylation and a process B which provides the elimination of waxes and pitches and then purification by chromatography. At the end of both alternative working processes the CBD is crystallized obtained in high purity crystalline form.
