The present invention provides a stabilising composition, comprising: a) a first phenolic antioxidant comprising one or more phenolic compounds having the structure of formula (I): ##STR00001## wherein R.sub.1 is a linear or branched alkyl group having from 12 to 20 carbon atoms; and b) one or more second phenolic antioxidants independently selected from: a mono-hydroxybenzene having lower steric hindrance than the first phenolic antioxidant; a di-hydroxybenzene; and/or a tri-hydroxybenzene.
Preparation method for polyol and application of polyol in making polyurethane
A method for preparing a polyol comprises the following steps of: (1) dissolving 2,3 -epoxybutane and an acid catalyst in an inert solvent to obtain a solution A; dissolving triethylene glycol in an inert solvent to obtain a solution B; and dissolving epoxy vegetable oil in an inert solvent to obtain a solution C; (2) respectively and simultaneously pumping the solutions A and B into a first micromixer for mixing; (3) pumping the solution C and an effluent of the first microreactor into a second micromixer for mixing while carrying out step (2); and (4) dissolving the vegetable oil polyol in an inert solvent to obtain a solution D; dissolving epoxypropane and an alkaline catalyst in an inert solvent to obtain a solution E; and pumping the solution D and the solution E into a tank reactor for reaction, thereby obtaining the polyol.
Isocyanate-Based Adhesive
An embodiment of the present technology is an isocyanate-based adhesive used for a surface-treated crystalline thermoplastic resin base material, the isocyanate-based adhesive having a value represented by (JIS-A hardness)/(strength at break [MPa])×(elongation at break (%))/100 of 2.0 to 70 after being cured by being allowed to stand still under a condition at 23° C. and 50% RH for 3 days, and the crystalline thermoplastic resin base material having a value represented by (δ.sup.d/δ.sup.p+δ.sup.p) of 2.0 to 30.0. δ.sup.p=γ.sup.p−γ.sup.p0 and δ.sup.d=|γ.sup.d−γ.sup.d0|, γ.sup.p0 is a polar term of surface free energy before the surface treatment, γ.sup.p is a polar term of surface free energy after the surface treatment, γ.sup.d0 is a dispersion term of the surface free energy before the surface treatment, and γ.sup.d is a dispersion term of the surface free energy after the surface treatment.
