Addition and condensation polymers prepared from halogenated reactants
Polymers containing halogen functionality are prepared by the addition or condensation polymerization of at least one halogenated reactant containing at least two active hydrogen-containing functional groups per molecule and at least one halogenated heteroalkyl or halogenated heteroalkenyl group per molecule and at least one co-reactant containing at least two functional groups reactive with the active hydrogen groups of the at least one halogenated reactant.

Polyol mixture includes at least one trifunctional polyether and bifunctional polyester polyols, together with flame retardant, foam stabilizer, cell opener, amine catalyst, and crosslinker mixture including ethylene glycol in deficiency relative to free isocyanate groups and amine catalyst.

A TWO-COMPONENT POLYURETHANE COMPOSITION, PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME AND A METHOD OF USE THEREOF
This present disclosure relates to a two-component polyurethane composition comprising: (A) a prepolymer component comprising: (i) at least one isocyanate terminated intermediate compound prepared from a reaction mixture comprising at least one isocyanate compound and at least one active hydrogen containing compound selected from the group consisting of a polyol compound, a polyamine compound and a combination thereof, (ii) at least one isocyanate compound, and (iii) optionally at least one liquid rubber; and (B) a curative component comprising: (i) at least one polyol terminated intermediate compound prepared from a reaction mixture comprising at least one isocyanate compound and at least one active hydrogen containing compound selected from the group consisting of a polyol compound, a polyamine compound and a combination thereof, (ii) at least one liquid rubber, (iii) at least one catalyst, (iv) at least one polyol, (v) optionally at least one amine compound, and (vi) optionally a chain extender.

ONE-COMPONENT POLYURETHANE SPRAY FOAM COMPOSITIONS AND DISPENSERS THEREOF
Described herein are fire-resistant one-component polyurethane spray foam compositions. Also described herein are methods of making and using fire-resistant one-component polyurethane spray foam compositions. Also described herein are dispensers for dispensing the fire-resistant one-component polyurethane spray foam compositions. Compositions and methods in accordance with the present disclosure are useful in a wide variety of applications, and particularly useful in meeting building codes for construction applications.
