Provided is an aqueous polyurethane resin composition which is excellent in finished appearance as well as excellent in impact resistance, such as chipping resistance, and adhesion.
The aqueous polyurethane resin composition includes a polyurethane resin obtained from at least (a) at least two types of organic diisocyanate compounds and/or polyisocyanate compounds which are different from each other, (b) a polyol compound; (c) an acidic group-containing compounds comprising at least two types of compounds which are a compound containing a carboxyl group as the acid group (a carboxyl group-containing compound) and a compound containing a sulfo group as the acid group (a sulfo group-containing compound); and (d) a chain extender of a polyamine compound, a diamine compound, a polyol compound and/or an alkanolamine compound with a molecular weight of not more than 400, in which the aqueous polyurethane resin composition has a viscosity of not less than 500 Pa.Math.s and not more than 50,000 Pa.Math.s when the polyurethane resin is contained in an amount of 65% by weight.
Structural flame retardant high strength low exothermic polymer grouting material for consolidating
A structural flame retardant high strength low exothermic polymer grouting material for consolidating, belonging to a technical field of polyurethane material, is produced by combined the polyether polyol and the modified isocyanate in a weight ratio of 100:(100-160), leading to internal reaction temperature ≤100° C., strength ≥60 mPa, bonding ≥3 mPa, oxygen index ≥28% while no halogen and no effect on water quality, odor level (80° C.) ≤3.5, and fog test ≤5 mg (which means no physical additive flame retardant is diffused into the environment). In particular, with no halogen, which is known as environmental hormones, in the plasticizers, there will be less combustion smoke, wherein the present invention will not release corrosive or irritating hydrogen halide gas, nor produce toxic carcinogens polybrominated benzoxins and polybrominated dibenzofurans, thereby avoiding the long-term impact of the material on the environment.

Rotaxane and polyurethane using the same
An object of the present invention is to provide a novel rotaxane and a polyurethane using the same. The present invention provides a rotaxane having a crown ether and a chain molecule piercing through the cyclic structure of the crown ether, wherein a hydroxyl group exists at one terminal of the chain molecule, and a hydroxyl group bonds to the cyclic structure of the crown ether. The present invention further provides a polyurethane using the rotaxane as a polyol component.
Graphene-modified elastomer material and its preparation method
A graphene-modified elastomer material and its preparation method. The elastomer material comprises a first component and a second component; the first component comprises isocyanate prepolymer obtained through reaction of polyol and isocyanate, and the isocyanate prepolymer has a —NCO content of 22-30%; the second component comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of polyetheramine, 1-10 parts of liquid amine chain extender, 1-5 parts of polytetrahydrofuran ether polyol, and 1-5 parts of graphenes. Through adjusting the —NCO content of the isocyanate prepolymer, increasing the hard segment content, and combining with the components in the second component, the invention ensures the elasticity of the polymer while improving its mechanical properties such as hardness and bending strength.
