Method for producing a resin lens from a polyisocyanate and release agent at reduced pressure
Provided is a method for producing a resin lens, comprising: A) mixing a polyisocyanate, a modified isocyanate, a catalyst and a release agent, and performing vacuum defoaming at 0˜30° C. for 10˜90 min to obtain a material a; B) mixing the material a with a sulfur-containing compound, and performing vacuum defoaming at 15˜20° C. for 20˜120 min to obtain mixed monomers; and C) completing casting of the mixed monomers, and curing to obtain a resin lens. The present disclosure uses polyisocyanate and a modified isocyanate at the same time to prepare a resin lens with higher glass transition temperature and higher surface hardness without producing bank mark and edge fogging. The present disclosure further provides a method for producing modified isocyanate. The obtained modified isocyanate used with polyisocyanate further improves the glass transition temperature and surface hardness of the resin lens without producing bank mark and edge fogging.

Optically transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, laminate, process for producing laminate, and display device with touch panel
The present invention provides an optically clear adhesive sheet using a heat-curable polyurethane composition, wherein the optically clear adhesive sheet can, when bonded to an adherend such as a glass plate, prevent the occurrence of air bubbles even at high temperature and normal humidity and maintain a stable bonded interface. The optically clear adhesive sheet of the present invention is an optically clear adhesive sheet containing: a cured product of a heat-curable polyurethane composition, the heat-curable polyurethane composition containing a polyol component and a polyisocyanate component, the polyol component having an olefin skeleton, the polyisocyanate component containing an acyclic aliphatic polyisocyanate and/or an alicyclic polyisocyanate.
Polymeric Material Including a Uretdione-Containing Material and Inorganic Filler, Two-Part Compositions, Products, and Methods
The present disclosure provides a polymeric material including a polymerized reaction product of a polymerizable composition including components and an inorganic filler. The components include a uretdione-containing material including a reaction product of a diisocyanate reacted with itself; a first hydroxyl-containing compound; and an optional second hydroxyl-containing compound having a single OH group. The present disclosure also provides a two-part composition, in which the polymeric material is included in the first part and the second part includes at least one amine. Further, a method of adhering two substrates is provided, including obtaining a two-part composition; combining at least a portion of the first part with at least a portion of the second part to form a mixture; disposing at least a portion of the mixture on a first substrate; and contacting a second substrate with the mixture disposed on the first substrate. The disclosure also provides a polymerized product of the two-part composition and a battery module. Advantageously, two-part compositions can be used as coatings and adhesive systems including high loadings of inorganic filler, such as thermally conductive filler, with handling and performance similar to existing two-part urethane systems, but with less sensitivity to water.

STORAGE-STABLE POLYISOCYANATE COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD
The present application provides a storage-stable polyisocyanate composition and a preparation method. The polyisocyanate composition is obtained by selecting one or more diisocyanate from aliphatic diisocyanates and alicyclic diisocyanates, and reacting same with an alcohol compound; the polyisocyanate composition contains an isocyanurate group, a uretdione group, a carbamate group, and an allophanate group; within the polyisocyanate composition, the molar ratio of the carbamate group/(uretdione group+isocyanurate group) is 0.01-0.2, and preferably 0.01-0.1. Compared to existing techniques, the present application has the advantage of a noticeable increase in system viscosity of uretdione polyisocyanate during storage. With the present application, by means of controlling the ratio of the carbamate group/(uretdione group+isocyanurate group) within the system, the increase in viscosity of a product during storage is inhibited, thereby improving the storage stability of the product.
