Polybenzoxazole Precursor and Application Thereof
The present invention provides a polybenzoxazole precursor, which comprises a structure of formula (I):

wherein the definitions of Y, Z, R.sub.1, i, j, and V are provided herein. By means of the polybenzoxazole precursor, the resin composition of the present invention is able to form a film with high frequency characteristics and high contrast.

PHOTOSENSITIVE COLORED RESIN COMPOSITION
The invention aims to provide a photosensitive colored resin composition and a heat resistant colored resin film produced therefrom that has the function of absorbing light in the shorter visible wavelength range with high sensitivity to serve effectively as planarizing film, insulation layer, and barrier rib used in organic luminescence apparatuses and display elements and the function of reducing external light reflection. The photosensitive colored resin composition includes an alkali-soluble resin (a), a photosensitive compound (b), and a compound (c) having an absorption maximum in the wavelength range of 400 nm or more and less than 490 nm, the photosensitive compound (b) containing a photosensitive compound (b1), the photosensitive compound (b1) being such that its maximum absorption wavelength in the range of 350 nm or more and 450 nm or less is located within the wavelength range of 350 nm or more and 390 nm or less.

Polymer resins for the vat photopolymerization of thermoplastics are provided, in particular for the vat photopolymerization of thermoplastics with exception thermal stability and mechanical properties. In some aspects, the polymer resins are prepared by ring opening of an aromatic dianhydride with an alcohol containing an acrylate or methacrylate to produce a photocrosslinkable diacid monomer; conversion of the photocrosslinkable diacid monomer to a photocrosslinkable diacyl chloride; and polymerization of the photocrosslinkable diacyl chloride with an aromatic diamine to produce a photocrosslinkable precursor polymer. Upon crosslinking and drying, a thermal imidization can yield aromatic polyimide polymers with high yield and with micron-scale structural resolution.

A photosensitive resin composition is also provided that includes a polymer precursor selected from a polyimide precursor and a polybenzoxazole precursor; a photo-radical polymerization initiator; and a solvent, in which an acid value of an acid group contained in the polymer precursor and having a neutralization point in a pH range of 7.0 to 12.0 is in a range of 2.5 to 34.0 mgKOH/g, and either the polymer precursor contains a radically polymerizable group or the photosensitive resin composition includes a radically polymerizable compound other than the polymer precursor.
