The fiber-sizing agent according to the present invention contains a modified olefin wax (A), a polyolefin resin (B), and a silane-coupling agent (C), wherein the mass ratio (A)/(B) of the modified olefin wax (A) to the polyolefin resin (B) is in the range of 0.2-10.

The molding step includes first stacking, on the first base including a plurality of grooves in which the inner blocks each having a hexagonal column shape are able to be seated, a plurality of the inner blocks and a plurality of the electromagnetic wave absorption layers as the honeycomb core structure so that the electromagnetic wave absorption layer is disposed between the plurality of inner blocks, and second stacking covering the inner blocks and the electromagnetic wave absorption layers stacked on the first base with the second base having the same shape as the first base.

The glass direct roving includes a plurality of glass filaments bundled together, wherein the filament diameter of the glass filaments, D, is in the range of 17.5 to 21.5 μm, the number of the glass filaments bundled, F, is in the range of 3000 to 7000, the mass of the glass direct roving is in the range of 2450 to 4000 tex, the ignition loss of the glass direct roving, L, is in the range of 0.03 to 0.90%, and the D, F, and L satisfy the following formula (1):
FIBER REINFORCED MATERIALS WITH IMPROVED FATIGUE PERFORMANCE
A unidirectional laminate comprising a fiber reinforced composite material having a main relaxation temperature (Tα) in a range between about 110° C. and 140° C. The composite comprises a plurality of unidirectional reinforcement fibers coated with a sizing composition and a matrix resin. The unidirectional laminate has a tensile modulus of at least 45 GPa at a fiber volume fraction greater than or equal to 50% and fatigue mechanical performance of at least 450 MPa at 1 MM cycles, measured according to ASTM E 739-91.
FIBER REINFORCED MATERIALS WITH IMPROVED FATIGUE PERFORMANCE
A unidirectional laminate comprising a fiber reinforced composite material having a main relaxation temperature (Tα) in a range between about 110° C. and 140° C. The composite comprises a plurality of unidirectional reinforcement fibers coated with a sizing composition and a matrix resin. The unidirectional laminate has a tensile modulus of at least 45 GPa at a fiber volume fraction greater than or equal to 50% and fatigue mechanical performance of at least 450 MPa at 1 MM cycles, measured according to ASTM E 739-91.
FIBER REINFORCED THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITE SHEET AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME
The present application relates to a fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite sheet and a method for preparing the same. The fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite sheet has on its surface a marble texture effect obtained by laminating cut pieces of a continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite unidirectional tape, wherein the fibers and the resin used in the continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite unidirectional tape have different colors. The thermoplastic composite sheet may be prepared using a simple and quick method, and meet individual requirements of surface appearance of the final product.

A reinforced composite is provided that includes at least one planar fiber reinforcement or fabric formed from a plurality of fibers. The fiber reinforcement or fabric has a first side and a second side. The reinforced composite further includes a chemical treatment coated on at least one of said first side and second side and a matrix material.
