A process for obtaining such a bio-filler and three processes for obtaining an article with such a composite material is also described.

Method of manufacturing micronized sandstone obtained from ceramics or industrial wastes of ceramic manufacturing containing TiO2 bio-additive, and product thereof
The present invention discloses a method of manufacturing micronized sandstone obtained from ceramics or industrial wastes of ceramic manufacturing, such as white paste, natural stones or clinker, including TiO.sub.2 as bio-additive, and product obtained by the micronized sandstone thereof. The ceramics and industrial wastes of ceramic are grinded in several steps and the resultant powders are collected by means of individual filters and further combined in a nanopowder micronizer for posterior treatment, where TiO.sub.2 hydrolyzed can be optionally added. This micronized sandstone comprising the bio-additive TiO.sub.2 is used in the production of plasters, mortars, grouts and/or as additive for paints and/or epoxy enriched with TiO.sub.2. The micronized sandstone bio-additive with TiO.sub.2 can be additionally subjected to two optional embodiments of the invention: treatment with or without the use of a pigment. In order to obtain the final product that can be used in the production of blocks, floors and other products of various sizes, an agglomerating agent combined with TiO.sub.2 is added to the micronized sandstone comprising the bio-additive TiO.sub.2, either in an aqueous solution or as a dry product, optionally including colored oxides.
Composite material
A composite material and method of producing a composite material for use in fabrication, building and construction is disclosed. A composition as disclosed herein comprises a high proportion of particulate waste material dispersed in a matrix of thermoplastic polymer and wax. A method of producing a composite material comprises melt mixing thermoplastic polymer and wax with a particulate material, thereby dispersing the particulate material in a melt mixture of the composite material.
Earth plant compostable biodegradable substrate and method of producing the same
An earth plant-based compostable biodegradable composition for the formation of a bioplastic and method of producing said resin, the composition comprising: about 17.5 to 45% ethanol-based green polyethylene by weight, about 20 to 25% calcium carbonate by weight, about 2 to 12% hemp hurd or soy protein by weight, about 32 to 45% starch by weight, and about 0.5 to 1% biodegradation additive by weight to enable biodegradation and composting of the bioplastic; wherein the composition is produced by first mill grinding the ethanol-based green polyethylene, calcium carbonate, hemp hurd or soy protein, starch and the biodegradation additive into fine powders, then mechanically mixing the fine powders one by one into a final mixture for about 5-25 minutes at a time, dry and without heat, and then heating the final mixture to about 220 to 430 degrees Fahrenheit.

A resin molded body according to the present invention includes a urethane resin, long reinforcing fibers, an inorganic filler having an average particle diameter of 1 μm or more, and fine inorganic particles having an average particle diameter of 200 nm or less, a content of the fine inorganic particles being 0.06 parts by weight or more and 3.00 parts by weight or less with respect to 100 parts by weight of the urethane resin.
