Method of preparing plant-based functional polyester filament
A plant-based functional polyester filament and a preparation method of the plant-based functional polyester filament are provided. The plant-based functional polyester filament includes polyester, and plant extract in a weight percentage range of approximately 0.1%-1.5%. The plant extract includes one or more of a peppermint extract, a valerian extract, a lavender extract, a wormwood extract, a chitin extract and a seaweed extract. The method includes preparing a plant-based functional polyester masterbatch, including: heating polyethylene terephthalate (PET) chips to a molten state, adding an antioxidant and a dispersant to the molten PET, stirring the molten PET, adding a protective agent and a plant extract to the molten PET, stirring the molten PET at a high speed, adding a modifier to the molten PET, obtaining a mixture by uniformly mixing the molten PET, and performing an extrusion granulation process on the mixture.
WATER-SOLUBLE POLYMER COMPOSITION
The present invention provides a water-soluble polymer composition which is suppressed in decrease of the viscosity over time if formed into an aqueous solution that contains iron ions. A water-soluble polymer composition which contains a water-soluble polymer, a phenolic antioxidant and an inorganic salt other than a transition metal salt, wherein the content of the inorganic salt is from 0.001 part by mass to 10 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the water-soluble polymer.

A halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition and product and flame retardant package thereof comprised thermoplastic polyurethane and halogen-free flame retardant package. The halogen-free flame retardant comprises inorganic phosphorus-based flame retardant and can further comprise expandable graphite, melamine or derivatives thereof and organic phosphorus-based flame retardant. The composition is environmentally friendly and safe, the comprehensive mechanical properties thereof are excellent, does not drip during the burning test, passed UL94 with rating of V0−1.5 mm, and the limiting oxygen index thereof can be up to 35%.

A transparent static-dissipative polycarbonate (PC) resin composition includes the following components: 70-95 parts by weight of PC resin, 5-30 parts by weight of antistatic agent masterbatch and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a transesterification inhibitor. The antistatic agent masterbatch includes the following components by mass percentage: 40-60% of an antistatic agent, 0.5-1.6% of a transesterification accelerator, 1-3% of an assistant cross-linkinger, and the balance of PC resin. A method for preparing the transparent static-dissipative PC resin composition includes the following steps: (I) preparing the components of the transparent static-dissipative PC resin composition according to the formulation, and mixing the components evenly to obtain a premix; and (II) adding the premix into a twin-screw extruder, melting, extruding, cooling and pelletizing, to obtain a target product.
