Instant drying crazy and super glue
Using this product is as simple as counting to three! The package of glue should come with a super glue substance as well as cellulose acetate fiber, the plastic substance used in cigarette filters. The cellulose acetate fiber is placed where the glue will be needed prior to the glue. Once this is in place, you simply apply the glue over it. There should be a little smoke caused by the chemical reaction of the two substances creating instantly dried glue. It will be nearly impossible to separate the items that have been glued. You can even apply a small piece of tape behind the crack or use it to hold the two items together and keep everything in place.
Biobased hot-melt adhesive including lignin as a component
The present invention relates to an adhesive mixture, containing one or more cohesive polymers, one or more tackifiers and optionally one or more separate plasticizer, wherein at least one tackifier is selected from lignin or derivatized lignin. The invention also relates to the use of lignin or derivatized lignin as adhesion promoting components in particularly hot-melt or pressure-sensitive adhesives
Cellulose acetate wood filler compositions
A cellulose acetate wood filler composition comprises a binder composition and a filler. The binder compositions comprise cellulose acetate, a plasticizer, and at least one organic solvent. The binder compositions may be substantially free, e.g., free of tackifiers. The wood filler compositions may be used in a method of filling a cavity in a substrate. The method comprises applying the wood filler composition to an inner surface of the substrate.
