MODIFIED POLYOLEFIN RESIN, AND USE AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF SAME
A modified polyolefin resin is described. The modified polyolefin resin can enhance a cleaning property upon cleaning inside of a coating machine with a cleaning solvent including water, and is excellent in a balance between heat resistance and solution stability. The modified polyolefin resin is a polyolefin resin that is modified with an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof and with an amino alcohol having a primary or a secondary amino group.

WATERBASED ONE COAT ADHESIVE COMPOSITION
Disclosed is an aqueous adhesive composition which comprises an admixture of: (a) a first aqueous composition comprising, (i) one or more film forming polymers, (ii) one or more lower crystallinity polynitroso compounds, (iii) one or more higher crystallinity polynitroso compounds, and (iv) one or more bismaleimide-containing monomers; and (b) a second aqueous composition comprising (i) an aqueous dispersion of at least one phenolic resin which is a condensation product of a phenol and formaldehyde, wherein the aqueous dispersion is stabilized by at least one polyacrylate; (b) one or more latices formed from one or more halogenated polyolefins; and (c) one or more metal oxides.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATE AND CO-EXTRUDED SHEET
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a laminate, comprising the step of co-extruding a polycarbonate and an adhesive composition to thereby form a polycarbonate layer (A) and an adhesive layer (B) at least a part of which is laminated to the layer (A); and the step of heat-treating the polycarbonate layer (A) and the adhesive layer (B), wherein the adhesive composition satisfies the following requirements (i) to (iii): (i) comprising a polyolefin formed through a reaction between a polyolefin (a) having a group reactive with a carbodiimide group and a carbodiimide group-containing compound (b); (ii) comprising carbodiimide groups in an amount of 0.1 to 50 mmol per 100 g of adhesive composition; and (iii) having a density of 0.870 g/cm.sup.3 to 0.940 g/cm.sup.3.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATE AND CO-EXTRUDED SHEET
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a laminate, comprising the step of co-extruding a polycarbonate and an adhesive composition to thereby form a polycarbonate layer (A) and an adhesive layer (B) at least a part of which is laminated to the layer (A); and the step of heat-treating the polycarbonate layer (A) and the adhesive layer (B), wherein the adhesive composition satisfies the following requirements (i) to (iii): (i) comprising a polyolefin formed through a reaction between a polyolefin (a) having a group reactive with a carbodiimide group and a carbodiimide group-containing compound (b); (ii) comprising carbodiimide groups in an amount of 0.1 to 50 mmol per 100 g of adhesive composition; and (iii) having a density of 0.870 g/cm.sup.3 to 0.940 g/cm.sup.3.

An adhesive composition is provided including the following components: (A) an unsaturated monomer; and (B) an olefin copolymer comprising the following repeating units: (B-1) a repeating unit of formula (I),

wherein the weight ratio of the olefin copolymer (B) to the unsaturated monomer (A) ranges from 2 to 20.
