A system for combined production of yellow phosphorous and syngas is disclosed. The air separation unit, the pulverized coal preparation unit and the mineral aggregate forming unit are respectively connected to a gas inlet and a top feeding port of the phosphorus coal gasifier; phosphorus-containing syngas obtained from phosphorus coal gasifier is connected to a gas inlet of the separating washing unit through an outlet of the phosphorous coal gasifier; Yellow phosphorus products and crude syngas are respectively output from the output port of the separating washing unit; and then the crude syngas is purified to obtain refined syngas. A slag discharge port at the bottom of the phosphorus coal gasifier is connected to an input port of a slag cold quenching unit. The system can improve the available energy of yellow phosphorous production, the production capacity of yellow phosphorus and the yield of syngas, and reduce CO.sub.2 emission.

The present invention relates to a reactor and a process for producing a product gas by gasification of a hydrocarbon-containing fuel. The reactor has a reaction space and a cooling space and an intermediate floor which spatially separates the reaction space from the cooling space. A gas duct for ducting the product gas to be cooled from the reaction space into the cooling space extends through the intermediate floor, including a shaped body which at least partially extends over a free cross sectional area of the cooling space and effects partial blocking of the cross sectional area of the cooling space is arranged in the cooling space of the reactor, wherein the shaped body is arranged such that after flowing around the shaped body at least a portion of the cooled product gas subsequently exits the reactor via the cool gas outlet of the cooling space.

The slag crusher (20) is provided with: a screen (22) provided so as to intersect with the direction in which the slag falls, the screen (22) having a plurality of openings (30) and passing slag having a diameter smaller than that of the openings (30); a spreader (24) for moving over the top surface of the screen (22) and crushing slag deposited on the top surface of the screen (22); and a nozzle (26) for spraying high-pressure water onto the slag deposited on the screen (22). The slag deposited on the top surface of the screen (22) thereby more easily passes from the openings (30) in the screen (22).

The rotating parallel disc pump includes opposing discs coupled to a shaft, an outlet configured to continuously receive a fluid at a first pressure, and an inlet configured to continuously discharge the fluid at a second pressure less than the first pressure. The rotating parallel disc pump is configurable in a reverse-acting pump mode and a letdown turbine mode. The motor is configured to drive the opposing discs about the shaft and against a flow of the fluid to control a difference between the first pressure and the second pressure in the reverse-acting pump mode. The brake is configured to resist rotation of the opposing discs about the shaft to control the difference between the first pressure and the second pressure in the letdown turbine mode.

The reactors comprise a feed section configured for feeding the biomass into the reaction channels. The pyrolysis plants comprise a gas accelerator configured for recirculating the gas that is present in the at least one reaction channel and for providing a gas flow velocity that is able to distribute the biomass in the reaction channel.

The crushing device has a crusher head (12) that breaks, with a pressure, and thus crushes the water-granulated slag (S2), a hydraulic cylinder (13) that reciprocates the crusher head in a predetermined direction, a guide plate (14) that restricts movement of the crusher head caused by the hydraulic cylinder, and a plurality of crushing spaces (15) in which the water-granulated slag (S2) is crushed. A communication opening that causes the crushing spaces (15) to communicate with each other is formed in a partitioning wall guide plate (14a) of the guide plate.
