The present invention relates to personal care compositions comprising malodor reduction compositions and methods of making and using such personal care compositions. Such personal care compositions comprising the malodor control technologies disclosed herein provide malodor control without leaving an undesireable scent and when perfume is used to scent such compositions, such scent is not unduely altered by the malodor control technology.

Described herein is an article of manufacture and a method of manufacturing said article, where the article of manufacture includes: a substrate including a webbing; and a varnish layer including an encapsulated fragrance composition applied to at least one surface of the substrate.

Disclosed is a no-rinse aerospace cleaning composition useful in cleaning painted and unpainted metal, as well as polymeric surfaces found in aircraft, the composition comprising an oil-in-water emulsion containing water, organic solvent, an aqueous emulsion of wax-free glossing agent, solid particles, polyalkylsiloxane oil, surfactant, emulsifier, thickener, corrosion inhibitor, and pH adjuster; methods of making and using the composition are also provided.

An active ingredient preparation may be used in steam generators that includes at least one specific carrier material and at least one specific active ingredient. The active ingredient preparation may be used together with steam for steaming textiles. A functional element for a hand-held steam generator for treating textiles may include the active ingredient preparation in or on a carrier element. Finally, a method for steaming textiles may include or consist of providing a steam generator having a functional element, generating steam in the steam generator, bringing the steam into contact with the active ingredient preparation, and then applying the steam, which contains the active ingredient preparation, to a textile to be steamed.

An absorbent substrate such as a wool dryer ball is imbued with a fragrance or treatment composition. The fragrance or treatment composition comprises an aqueous carrier, free fragrance, and encapsulated fragrance. The composition includes about 0.1 wt. % to about 5 wt. % free fragrance and about 0.1 wt. % to about 10 wt. % encapsulated fragrance. A kit includes absorbent balls, the fragrance or treatment composition, and an applicator for applying the fragrance or treatment composition onto or within the absorbent balls.

Nonwoven fabrics are provided that include (i) a plurality of continuous matrix fibers comprising a first polymeric material having a first melting point and including a first polymer component, in which the first polymer component comprises a first recycled-polyester, and (ii) a plurality of binder fibers having an irregular cross-section randomly dispersed throughout the plurality of matrix fibers, in which the plurality of binder fibers comprising a second polymeric material having a second melting point including a second polymer component. Provided are wrinkle reducing and deodorizing dryer sheets and methods of making and using the dryer sheets. In one form of the dryer sheet, the wrinkle reducing and deodorizing dryer sheet includes an absorbent wet substrate in sheet form with a polyvinyl alcohol sheet adhered to one surface of the substrate. In another form the PVA sheet is added separately from that of the absorbent wet substrate sheet. The PVA sheet is preferably in the form of an uncoated non-woven of a thickness of 8 mil or less. The wet impregnated sheet contains a solution of quaternary ammonium salts of different water solubility. The method for using, the wrinkle reducing and deodorizing dryer sheet is added to a rotary dryer with a load of wet or dried garments to reduce wrinkling in the garments during the drying process, reduce static cling and refresh the treated clothing.

Disclosed in certain embodiments are compositions for malodor reduction in fabric and methods for reducing malodor in fabric.

The present invention provides a device (100,200) to improve the drying performance of a tumble dryer, comprising a substantially curved and three-dimensional body portion (102,202) and a heat reflective layer (104,204) disposed on an outwardly facing surface of the body portion. A method of manufacturing a device to improve the drying performance of a textile drying apparatus is also provided.
