ANTIMICROBIAL DETERGENT COMPOSITION
An antimicrobial detergent composition includes the following components by mass percent: 0.1-10% of a polyester-polyether polymer, 0.01-2% of an antimicrobial agent with a halogenated phenol structure, 10-50% of a surfactant and a solvent. A 1% deionized water solution of the detergent composition has a pH value of 7.0-9.0. In the present invention, by introducing the polyester-polyether polymer into the composition, the deposition efficiency of the antimicrobial agent with the halogenated phenol structure on a fabric can be improved, a solubilization effect of the surfactant in a detergent can be reduced, and therefore, a antimicrobial effect is achieved.
Fragrances with rose scent
The present invention primarily concerns the use of compounds of the following formula (I) ##STR00001##
wherein X represents an oxygen atom, a —CHO, an —OH, or a —CH.sub.2OH group, a single bond or a double bond is present at the respective location of one of the dotted lines, at least one double bond is present when X is an OH group, and the 3-isopentyl or 3-isopent-2-enyl residue is connected to the ring in the ortho, meta, or para position to the X group, as perfuming and/or flavouring agents. The invention further relates to fragrance and flavour compositions containing one or more of these compounds, perfumed or flavoured articles comprising one or more of these compounds and corresponding processes for imparting, modifying and/or enhancing certain odour notes.
Self-invertible inverse latex comprising alkyl polyglycosides as an inverting agent and use thereof as a thickening agent for a detergent or cleaning formulation for industrial or domestic use
Self-invertible inverse latex including as an inverting agent for surfactant species of the alkylpolyglycoside family, the alkyl chain of which includes from 8 to 18 carbon atoms, and use thereof as thickener and/or emulsifier and/or stabilizer for a detergent or cleaning formulation for industrial or household use.
Composition that includes cyclohexyl-substituted tertiary alkanols
The present invention relates to processes for the preparation of compounds of the formula (Ia) ##STR00001##
by reacting styrene with a secondary alkanol and the hydrogenation of the resulting phenyl-substituted tertiary alkanol. In addition, the invention relates to compounds of the formula (Ia) and to the use of such compounds as fragrances, and also to compositions which comprise compounds of the formulae (Ia) and (Ib).
PARTICULATE LAUNDRY ADDITIVE
A composition including a plurality of particles. The plurality of particles include: about 25% to about 99% by weight water soluble carrier; and about 0.01% to 50% by weight antioxidant. The antioxidant is dispersed in a matrix of the water soluble carrier.
CLEANING COMPOSITIONS
The present invention relates to impregnated inorganic porous particles comprising a eutectic mixture of thymol and menthol. The invention also relates to powder compositions comprising said particles. The invention further relates to methods of cleaning surfaces using said particles and compositions.
SALT-SENSITIVE PARTICLES
The present invention relates to the provision of salt-sensitive particles capable of improving the feeling of effects at the time of use of an oil agent to be blended in a cleaner or the like and a method for producing the same, and so on.
The present invention provides the following [1] to [4].
[1] Salt-sensitive particles containing an oil agent having a solubility in 100 g of water of less than 1 g and an acid-modified polyvinyl alcohol, wherein the oil agent is dispersed in the salt-sensitive particles.
[2] A cleaner containing the salt-sensitive particles as set forth in [1].
[3] A method for cleaning a skin, a hair, or a clothing, including using the cleaner as set forth in [2].
[4] A method for producing the salt-sensitive particles as set forth in [1], including a step of preparing an emulsion composition containing an oil agent having a solubility in 100 g of water of less than 1 g and an acid-modified polyvinyl alcohol; and a step of removing the water from the emulsion composition.
NOVEL FRAGRANCES WITH ROSE SCENT
The present invention primarily concerns the use of compounds of the following formula (I)
##STR00001##
wherein X represents an oxygen atom, a —CHO, an —OH, or a —CH.sub.2OH group, a single bond or a double bond is present at the respective location of one of the dotted lines, at least one double bond is present when X is an OH group, and the 3-isopentyl or 3-isopent-2-enyl residue is connected to the ring in the ortho, meta, or para position to the X group, as perfuming and/or flavouring agents.
LAUNDRY PRODUCTS
A combination of reservoirs providing segregated stocks of components for laundry products to enable a user to formulate doses of laundry products on demand for supplying to a washing machine drum, the combination comprising: a first reservoir containing a stock of a first composition containing a detergent; and a second reservoir containing a second composition comprising a stock of an antimalodour component.
