A fragrance premix composition that includes a silicone polymer, an aminofunctional material characterized by a molecular weight of less than about 1000 Daltons and having at least one primary or secondary amine moiety, and a fragrance material that includes one or more perfume raw materials having an aldehyde or ketone moiety, where the silicone, the aminofunctional material, and the fragrance material are reasonably miscible. A composition comprising a plurality of particles, wherein said particles comprise: 40 to 95 w.t. % polyethylene glycol, wherein the polyethylene glycol has a weight average molecular weight from 4000 to 12000; 0.1 to 50 w.t. % anhydrous saccharide comprising one to ten monosaccharide units; and 0.1 to 20 w.t. % perfume materials.
