A fragrance premix composition that includes a silicone polymer, an aminofunctional material characterized by a molecular weight of less than about 1000 Daltons and having at least one primary or secondary amine moiety, and a fragrance material that includes one or more perfume raw materials having an aldehyde or ketone moiety, where the silicone, the aminofunctional material, and the fragrance material are reasonably miscible. A method of making a translucent cleaning composition is disclosed. The method includes providing a perfume; providing a hydrogen bond receiving compound; providing a hydrogen bond providing compound; combining the hydrogen bond receiving compound with the hydrogen bond providing compound to create a eutectic liquid; adding the perfume to the eutectic liquid to create a perfumed eutectic liquid; and adjusting the pH of the perfumed eutectic liquid to above 6.0.

The compounds are represented by formula (I) where: a) m represents an integer from 1 to 6; b) Pro represents a hydrogen atom or a group susceptible of generating an odoriferous α,β-unsaturated ketone, aldehyde or nitrile and is represented by the formulae (II) or (II′) in which the wavy line indicates the location of the bond between said Pro and the sulfur atom S; and at least one of the Pro groups is of the formula (II) or (II′).

Described herein is a container comprising a total plurality of laundry pastilles. The total plurality of laundry pastilles may comprise a first plurality of laundry pastilles and a second plurality of laundry pastilles with the first plurality of laundry pastilles comprising a laundry scent booster composition and the second plurality of laundry pastilles comprising a composition which increases a performance characteristic of the total plurality of laundry pastilles. Also described herein is a laundry pastille comprising a major solid phase and a first minor solid phase.

A shaped body having a) carrier material, and b) fragrance, wherein the shaped body has a mass between 3 and 25 g and the ratio of body surface area to body volume is 2 cm.sup.−1 to 10 cm.sup.−1. The invention also relates to the use thereof and to a method for using the shaped bodies.

The gel compositions as described herein, are less affected by changes in humidity, are readily formed into complex shapes, and can contain high loadings of the hydrophobic material, even when the material is not highly hydrophobic, and provide a more controlled release of the hydrophobic material. It is believed that the slow release is achieved by forming the gel to have a tight cross-linked network with small pore-size. The pore size is correlated to the average correlation length as measured using Small Angle X-Ray Scattering (SAXS). By limiting the average correlation length to less than 8 nm, preferably from 0.3 nm to 8 nm, more preferably from 0.3 nm to 4 nm, a long lasting release of the hydrophobic material is achieved, rather than a blooming effect, whereby the hydrophobic material is released in a short burst.
