A system for measuring a sensor having two terminals includes first and second transistors with first and second control signal inputs connected to the sensor terminals. The system further includes a current divider including a reference current input, a current divider control input and first and second current outputs connected to the first and second transistors. First and second load circuits are connected to the first and second transistors at first and second differential output nodes. First and second integrator circuits are connected to the first and second differential output nodes. A comparator is driven by first and second differential output nodes. The comparator output controls a digital filter. A value of the a current divider control signal driving the current divider control input depends at least indirectly from the digital filter output.

PROCESS FOR OBTAINING A CONCENTRATED FLAVOUR MIXTURE AND USE THEREOF

A process for obtaining a concentrated flavour mixture from a malt-based beverage, the process comprising: —providing a malt-based fermented liquid; —subjecting the malt-based fermented liquid to a CO.sub.2 or N.sub.2-stripping step or, at least partially, degassing the malt-based liquid, thereby creating a gas stream comprising volatile flavour components; —collecting the gas stream comprising volatile flavour components; and —separating, by a carbon dioxide or N.sub.2 scrubber, at least partially, the CO.sub.2 or N.sub.2 in the gas stream from the volatile flavour components, obtaining a concentrated volatile flavour fraction; —collecting said volatile flavour fraction and packaging the volatile flavour fraction.

Method for Screening Malt for Brewing Red Beer

The present disclosure discloses a method for screening malt for brewing red beer, and belongs to the field of beer brewing. The method takes different kinds of malt samples as examples, and after whole malt mashing and dilution, mashed wort is diluted with water to a chroma value of 50-80 EBC; and when the red intensity of the mashed wort having a chromatic value of 50-80 EBC is 0.209-0.289, the measured malt can be fermented and brewed into red beer. The method can screen malt for red beer brewing simply and quickly, is of important practical significance for guiding the production of red beer, and lays an important foundation for further brewing red beer with different malt.
