A method for promoting growth of a probiotic microorganism includes cultivating the probiotic microorganism in a growth medium containing a fermented culture of lactic acid bacterial strains that include Lactobacillus salivarius subsp. salicinius AP-32 deposited at the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) under CCTCC M 2011127, Lactobacillus plantarum LPL28 deposited at the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) under CGMCC 17954, Lactobacillus acidophilus TYCA06 deposited at the CGMCC under CGMCC 15210, and Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis BLI-02 deposited at the CGMCC under CGMCC 15212.

Lactic acid bacteria and use thereof

The present invention relates to Lactobacillus plantarum NK3 and Bifidobacterium longum NK49, which are novel lactic acid bacteria and, more particularly, to a composition comprising novel lactic acid bacteria useful for prevention and treatment of inflammatory diseases.

Lactobacillus plantarum strain ATG-K2, ATG-K6 or ATG-K8, and composition for preventing or treating vaginitis comprising same

A novel Lactobacillus plantarum strain ATG-K2, ATG-K6 or ATG-K8 and a composition for the prevention or treatment of vaginitis containing the same are proposed. The Lactobacillus plantarum strain ATG-K2, ATG-K6 or ATG-K8 has excellent antimicrobial effects against various pathogenic strains as well as Candida albicans and Gardnerella vaginalis, which are vaginitis pathogens, and thus can be easily used as a composition for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis, vaginal candidiasis, etc., or as a functional health food for the prevention or amelioration of these diseases.

Probiotic compositions and uses thereof

An isolated bacterial strain of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum subsp. plantarum MFM 30-3 deposited under the DSMZ Accession No. DSM 34213 is provided; a probiotic composition including an Lactiplantibacillus plantarum subsp. plantarum MFM 30-3 and optionally, one or more additional probiotic organisms that enhance the probiotic activity of the Lactiplantibacillus plantarum subsp. plantarum MFM 30-3 is also provided; and a method for preventing or treating chronic kidney disease in a subject in need thereof including: administering to the subject a pharmaceutically effective amount of the probiotic composition including an isolated bacterial strain of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum subsp. plantarum MFM 30-3, and optionally, one or more additional probiotic organisms that enhance the probiotic activity of the Lactiplantibacillus plantarum subsp. plantarum MFM 30-3 is further provided.

Strain of selenium-enriched Lactiplantibacillus plantarum KD-2 and applications in preparing fermented goat milk and goat milk powder

A strain of selenium-enriched Lactiplantibacillus plantarum KD-2 and applications in fermented goat milk and goat milk powder are provided in the present disclosure. The strain is preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection on Apr. 13, 2023, with a deposit number of CCTCC NO: M2023478. The Lactiplantibacillus plantarum KD-2 is capable of reducing sodium selenite under a condition of buffer solution to prepare nano-selenium, which does not need to be carried out in a culture medium. The Lactiplantibacillus plantarum KD-2 is used to prepare selenium-enriched probiotic fermented goat milk, selenium-enriched probiotics and nano-selenium, and the selenium-enriched probiotics and nano-selenium are applied to goat milk powder.

Provided are a mixture of three species of Lactobacillus fermentum strain and Lactobacillus plantarum strain and use thereof. A composition according to one aspect including, as an active ingredient, a mixture of Lactobacillus fermentum strains GB102 and GB103 and Lactobacillus plantarum strain GB104; or a lysate or culture solution thereof, or an extract of the culture solution, can be usefully used for the prevention or treatment of muscle-related disorders or obesity by alleviating the decrease in grip strength induced by aging or reducing the change in intestinal microbial environment induced by aging.

Composition for improving respiratory diseases using Lactobacillus plantarum strain

The present invention relates to a food composition for enhancing respiratory function and improving respiratory diseases, using Lactobacillus plantarum KF511 strain; a health functional food comprising the food composition; and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating the respiratory diseases, comprising Lactobacillus plantarum strain, its culture solution, its concentrate, or its dried product, as an active ingredient.

A PREPARATION METHOD OF SILAGE

The present disclosure relates to a preparation method of silage, and belongs to the technical field of microbial feeds. The present disclosure is intended to solve the problem that the existing silage has a low utilization rate due to anti-nutritional factors such as tannins and saponins. The present disclosure provides Lactiplantibacillus plantarum P91 with an accession number of CGMCC No. 27567. The Lactiplantibacillus plantarum P91 has acid resistance, a high growth rate, a strong carbon source-utilizing ability, and an excellent comprehensive acid-production ability, and can reduce a pH, well improve the palatability of silage, and reduce anti-nutritional factors in silage. Therefore, the present disclosure can effectively solve the problem that a silage raw material has a high content of anti-nutritional factors such as tannins and saponins, and overcome the adaptability problem of a lactobacillus to a raw material, thereby improving an activity of the lactobacillus and a quality of silage fermentation.
