SYSTEM NETWORK AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A SYSTEM NETWORK OF THIS TYPE FOR PRODUCING HIGHER ALCOHOLS
A plant complex may include a unit that produces CO.sub.2-containing gases, a gas conducting system for CO.sub.2-containing gases, a gas/liquid separation system, a reformer that is connected to the gas conducting system and where the CO.sub.2-containing gas reacts with H.sub.2 and/or hydrocarbons to give a CO— and H.sub.2-containing synthesis gas mixture. The reformer is connected to a reactor for producing higher alcohols in which the synthesis gas mixture reacts with H.sub.2 to give a gas/liquid mixture containing higher alcohols. For separating off the alcohols of the gas/liquid mixture, the gas/liquid separation system is connected to the reactor for producing higher alcohols.
Smelting assembly for the production of steel
An improved apparatus for producing steel, including a lower furnace, an annular, water-cooled, fireproof lined cylindrical upper furnace, on which an upwardly closing conically tapering hat having openings can be placed. The smelting assembly is configured for the operational mode without melt flow and the operational mode with melt flow. To this end, at least one opening is provided in the conical furnace cover, through which opening at least one top lance can be introduced into the upper furnace. A plurality of sidewall injectors radially rotate around the cylindrical upper furnace in such a way that in a working position, the top lance and the sidewall injectors are directed onto a smelt level of a molten mass located in the lower furnace for refining.

Provided is steel for a wind power gear with improved purity and reliability. The chemical components thereof comprise, in percentages by mass: 0.15-0.19% of C, ≤0.4% of Si, 0.5-0.7% of Mn, ≤0.012% of P, ≤0.006% of S, 1.5-1.8% of Cr, 0.28-0.35% of Mo, 1.4-1.7% of Ni, and 0.02-0.04% of Al, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. A smelting method therefor comprises adding raw materials to a converter for primary melting, transferring same to a refining furnace for refining, carrying out continuous casting after vacuum degassing, and transferring same to a gas protection furnace for electroslag remelting. According to the present invention, a pure electroslag master batch is obtained by continuous casting, and the purity of the material is further improved by means of an electroslag remelting procedure; and the prepared steel material is used in a wind power gear, such that the flaw detection pass rate is significantly increased, large-particle inclusions in the steel material are significantly reduced, and the inclusions are fine and dispersed.
METHOD OF BATCHING AND SCHEDULING FOR STEELMAKING PRODUCTION WITH PLANT-WIDE PROCESS CONSIDERATION
Provided is a method of batching and scheduling for steelmaking production with plant-wide process consideration, including the steps of: establishing a mathematical model for quantitatively describing the decision problem of batching on steelmaking and continuous casting procedures; starting from the production capacity balance between parallel equipment of the same procedure, and material flow convergence between upstream and downstream procedures, establishing a model for the assignment and sequencing of batches on continuous casting equipment and the time dimension; integrating the batching plan and the production scheduling scheme, issuing the batching plan and the production scheduling scheme integrated to all production and manufacturing units at the steelmaking stage. The present invention improves product quality, increases the material yield, resource utilization rate and equipment operation efficiency, realizes load balance on parallel equipment and smooth material linkage between serial equipment, and reduces the material flow transportation jam, downstream equipment waiting time and inventory.

Disclosed are a non-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic properties and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the mass percentage of the chemical components thereof are: C: 0-0.005%; Si: 2.1-3.2%, Mn: 0.2-1.0%, P: 0-0.2%, Al: 0.2-1.6%, N: 0-0.005%, Ti: 0-0.005%, Cu: 0-0.2%, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities; and at the same time, (the S content for forming MnS+the S content for forming CuxS)/the S content in the steel is required to be less than or equal to 0.2. The process for manufacturing the non-oriented electrical steel sheet of the present invention is simple and convenient, the chemical components of the steel are easy to control, the manufacturing process is stable, and the technical requirements are easy to realize.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING CHROMIUM-CONTAINING MOLTEN STEEL
A method for producing chromium-containing molten steel from a raw material including a chromium-containing raw material includes a first step in which a slag basicity before rough decarburization by oxygen blowing is adjusted to be not less than 1.5 and not more than 3.0, a slag basicity after rough decarburization by oxygen blowing is adjusted to be not less than 2.0 and not more than 3.5, and then tapping is performed while slag containing a chromium oxide generated by the oxygen blowing is made to remain in the furnace, and a second step in which the slag containing a chromium oxide made to remain is reduced by using a carbon source or a metal source newly added into the same furnace so that chromium is recovered into molten steel. The slag basicity is determined by dividing a CaO concentration by an SiO.sub.2 concentration on a mass basis in the slag.
