LOW-SILICON AND LOW-CARBON EQUIVALENT GPA GRADE MULTI-PHASE STEEL PLATE/STEEL STRIP AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed are a low-silicon and low-carbon equivalent GPa grade multi-phase steel plate/steel strip and a manufacturing method therefor. The steel plate/steel strip comprises the following components in percentages by weight: 0.03-0.07% of C, 0.1-0.5% of Si, 1.7-2.0% of Mn, P<0.02%, S<0.01%, N<0.01%, 0.01-0.05% of Al, 0.4-0.7% of Cr, 0.001-0.005% of B, and 0.07-0.15% of Ti, and also comprises one or both of 0.15-0.4% of Mo or 0.02-0.08% of Nb, with the balance being Fe and other inevitable impurities; and at the same time, the steel plate/steel strip satisfies: the content of available B*>0.001, the content of available B*=B-[Ti-3.4N-1.2(C—Nb/7.8)]/22, CE<0.58, and CE=C+Mn/6+(Cr+Mo+V)/5+(Si+Ni+Cu)/15. The steel plate has a tensile strength of >980 MPa and a yield strength of >780 MPa, and the hole expansion rate satisfies: if an original hole is a punched hole, the hole expansion rate is >50%; and if the original hole is a reamed hole, the hole expansion rate is >60%. The steel plate is mainly used in the preparation of vehicle chassis and suspension system parts.
Hot press-formed part, and manufacturing method thereof
The present disclosure provides a hot-press formed part comprising a plated steel sheet and an aluminum alloy plated layer formed on the plated steel sheet, wherein the aluminum alloy plated layer comprises: an alloying layer (I) formed on the plated steel sheet and containing, by weight %, 5-30% of Al; an alloying layer (II) formed on the alloying layer (I) and containing, by weight %, 30 to 60% of Al; an alloying layer (III) formed on the alloying layer (II) and containing, by weight %, 20-50% of Al and 5-20% of Si; and an alloying layer (IV) formed continuously or discontinuously on at least a part of the surface of the alloying layer (III), and containing 30-60% of Al, wherein the rate of the alloying layer (III) exposed on the outermost surface of the aluminum alloy plated layer is 10% or more.

A hot-stamping formed body has a predetermined chemical composition and includes microstructure which includes residual austenite of which an area ratio is in a range of 20% to 30%. Among grain boundaries of crystal grains of bainite and tempered martensite in the microstructure, a ratio of a length of a grain boundary having a rotation angle in a range of 55° to 75° to a total length of a grain boundary having a rotation angle in a range of 4° to 12°, a grain boundary having a rotation angle in a range of 49° to 54°, and a grain boundary having a rotation angle in a range of 55° to 75° to the <011> direction as a rotation axis is 30% or more.

A hot-stamping formed body has a predetermined chemical composition and includes microstructure which includes residual austenite of which an area ratio is in a range of 20% to 30%. Among grain boundaries of crystal grains of bainite and tempered martensite in the microstructure, a ratio of a length of a grain boundary having a rotation angle in a range of 55° to 75° to a total length of a grain boundary having a rotation angle in a range of 4° to 12°, a grain boundary having a rotation angle in a range of 49° to 54°, and a grain boundary having a rotation angle in a range of 55° to 75° to the <011> direction as a rotation axis is 30% or more.
METHOD OF MAKING A COLD FORMABLE HIGH STRENGTH STEEL STRIP AND STEEL STRIP
A method of manufacturing steel strip including the steps of: casting molten steel into slabs; reheating the slabs at 1150° C. or more for 1 hour or more; hot rolling the steel into a strip, preferably with an average F1 slab entry temperature above 1000° C.; coiling the hot rolled steel strip; batch annealing the steel strip: at an intercritical temperature (i.e. between Ac1 and Ac3), preferably below 700° C.; in non-oxidising and non-nitrogenated atmosphere; total annealing time at least 5 hours, preferably at least 10 hours to get Mn enrichment in austenite such that Mn content is at least 1.25 times bulk Mn content of the steel and C enrichment such that C content is at least 1.2 times bulk C content of the steel; cooling the steel after batch annealing in air, forced air or water quench.
High-strength steel sheet having excellent impact resistant property and method for manufacturing thereof
Provided is a high-strength steel sheet having high impact resistance. The steel sheet includes: by weight %, carbon (C): 0.05% to 0.14%, silicon (Si): 0.01% to 1.0%, manganese (Mn): 1.5% to 2.5%, aluminum (Al): 0.01% to 0.1%, chromium (Cr): 0.005% to 1.0%, phosphorus (P): 0.001% to 0.05%, sulfur (S): 0.001% to 0.01%, nitrogen (N): 0.001% to 0.01%, niobium (Nb): 0.005% to 0.06%, titanium (Ti): 0.005% to 0.11%, and the balance of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities. The steel sheet has a microstructure comprising ferrite and bainite in a total area fraction of 90% or more. The steel sheet has a value of 0.05 to 1.0 as a shear texture ({110}<112>, {112}<111>) area ratio of a center region (ranging deeper than 1/10t to ½t in a thickness direction, t refers to thickness (mm)) and a surface region (ranging from a surface to 1/10t in the thickness direction).

A system for the hot stamping of workpieces having a furnace installation, in which workpieces can be heated to a forming temperature, and a forming installation, in which the heated workpieces can undergo forming. A transfer device is provided for transferring workpieces from the furnace installation to the forming installation. The transfer device is arranged in a transfer space, which is delimited at least in certain regions by a housing and largely bridges the space between the furnace installation and the forming installation. Also provided is a method for the hot stamping of workpieces.

PROCESS AND PRODUCTION LINE FOR FORMING OBJECTS
The present invention relates to a process for forming a metal component (20), the process comprising the steps of heating a metal blank (20) coated with a protective layer; cooling said metal blank (20) in a confined space (14), said cooling involving cooling by means of a gas, the gas being cooled by heat exchange with a cooling surface of a heat sink (22) inside said confined space (14), wherein a low frequency sound wave is provided into said confined space (14) in order to improve heat exchange both between the gas and a cooling surface of the at least one heat sink (22), and between the gas and the metal component (20), wherein the heated coated blank is cooled to a temperature below the melting point of the protective layer, and forming the coated blank to a component. The invention also relates to a production line for performing the process.
