AUTOLEVELLER DRAW FRAME, METHOD FOR OPERATING AN AUTOLEVELLER DRAW FRAME, AND METHOD FOR CONVERTING AN AUTOLEVELLER DRAW FRAME
An autoleveller draw frame includes a drafting system having a plurality of roller combinations. A drive unit configured with the plurality of roller combinations has a main motor that drives a first roller combination at a constant main rotational speed. A regulating motor regulates a rotational speed of a second roller combination wherein, due to the regulation, the rotational speed of the second roller combination is changeable from a basic rotational speed into an autolevelling speed. The basic rotational speed depends on the main rotational speed and the autolevelling speed is independent of the main rotational speed, wherein the drafting of the fibrous web is adjustable. The regulating motor is drive-independent of the main motor to drive the second roller combination at the autolevelling speed according to an electrical signal that is based on the main rotational speed.

Apparatus for making a spunbond nonwoven
An apparatus for making a spunbond nonwoven from monofilaments of thermoplastic synthetics has a spinneret for spinning and emitting the filaments in a travel direction, a cooler downstream of the spinneret for cooling the spun filaments, and a stretcher downstream of the cooler for stretching the filaments. An intermediate passage extending in the travel direction between the cooler and the stretcher has upstream and downstream converging passage sections. The upstream passage section in the travel direction of the filaments having a shorter length than the downstream passage section in the travel direction of the filaments. A ratio B.sub.E/B.sub.A of an inlet width B.sub.E to an outlet width B.sub.A of the upstream passage section is 1.5 to 5.5. A ratio of an inlet width b.sub.E, to an outlet width b.sub.A, of the downstream passage section is 1 to 4.
SLIVER PREPARATION
The invention relates to a drafting system for conveying a sliver in the direction of an inlet opening of a vortex chamber of an air-jet spinning device, as well as to a method for operating a drafting system having an exit roller pair and at least one additional drafting system roller pair and/or apron roller pair, by means of which a sliver is supplied at a spinning station of an air-jet spinning machine for the production of a thread to a vortex chamber of an air-jet spinning device of the spinning station, wherein the exit roller pair can be driven decoupled from the at least one additional pair of drafting system rollers and/or apron rollers. In order to provide a method for operating a drawing system having a starting roller pair and at least one further stretching mill roller pair and/or a strand roller pair, and a drawing system, which allows a reliable preparation of the sliver end before the piecing process, it is provided that the starting roller pair is driven for combing the sliver end after a spinning interruption at a predetermined combing speed and the at least one stretching mill roller and/or belt roller pair upstream of the starting roller pair in the sliver direction is stopped or operated at a holding speed associated with the combing speed, which is at most 10% of the combing speed.
