The present invention provides an easy settable stretch fabric comprising three types of yarns: a rigid fiber, an elastic fiber, and a low-melt fiber, wherein the low-melt fiber comprises low-melt polymer which can be fused in the temperature between 60° C. to 200° C., being higher than the temperature used for normal textile process and household laundry, but lower than the temperature used for heat setting elastic fiber. The low-melt fiber can be selected from a group of fibers made from modified polyester, nylon, and polypropylene and the copolymer from them in the form of staple or filament.

Disclosed is a lower body garment for women. The garment comprises main body fabric and gusset fabric. The main body fabric has inner and outer side, front and rear end and symmetrical vertical axis having length L1 therebetween, and curved side ends having width W1 therebetween. The gusset fabric has inner and outer side, front and rear end and symmetrical vertical axis having length L2 therebetween, and curved side ends having width W2 therebetween. Moreover, gusset fabric is secured to main body fabric such that: outer side of gusset fabric is arranged to face inner side of main body fabric, wherein front and rear end, and curved side ends of gusset fabric corresponds to main body fabric, and are secured to main body fabric at seams of gusset fabric. Inner side of gusset fabric is operable to cover vulva, when in use, wherein length L2 corresponds to length of vulva.

Disclosed is a compression and/or contention garment for lymphoedema treatment, the garment including a main body made of a compression textile. The garment has at least a first targeted area, in which the garment includes at least one layer of reinforcement textile, and at least a second targeted area, in which the garment includes at least one layer of contention textile.

A contact sensor and system for incorporation within clothing and other wearable items to monitor activity at a body surface. The sensor includes a contact membrane having a body surface contacting area and one or more base layers of knitted fabric. The base layer(s) is thicker over an area congruent with the body surface contacting area of the contact membrane. As a result, the contact membrane is urged into the forming of a raised outer surface for projection against a body surface.

Aspects herein are directed to a moisture wicking and perspiration concealing knit spacer textile and garments formed therefrom that includes a first knit layer formed from yarns that have been treated with a durable water repellant (DWR) finish prior to being formed into the first knit layer and a second knit layer formed from yarns that have been treated with a wicking finish prior to being formed into the second knit layer. The first knit layer and the second knit layer are interconnected by tie yarns. When the textile is formed into the garment, the second knit layer is configured to be positioned adjacent to a skin surface of a wearer and the first knit layer forms an outer-facing surface of the garment.

Garment and clothes that are unravel-free and roll-free. A garment includes a particular garment-region made of knitted fabric. A majority of threads of the knitted fabric are yarns other than a thermally-fused thermoplastic yarn, such as polyester, nylon, polypropylene, cellulose, polyurethane. At least one thread of the knitted fabric is a thermally-fused thermoplastic yarn that is knitted integrally in the knitted fabric and is located within N millimeters from an edge or an opening of the garment, wherein N is in the range of 0 to 10 millimeters. The edge or the opening of the garment-region is unravel free and is roll-free, due to inclusion of, or proximity to, the thermally-fused thermoplastic yarn in the knitted fabric.

A garment constructed by a cylinder knitting machine with a comfort quality area on or near the foot area, created by a different method of knitting from the rest of the tight. The difference between the quality of the leg and comfort portion of the garment (i.e., tights) consists of the use of a different needle movement and/or knitting tool, but is not limited to just that. Additionally, the fiber may also differ in the comfort area as compared to the leg area of the tights in order to reach different end results.
