THREE-DIMENSIONAL FABRIC AND SEWING METHOD THEREOF
A three-dimensional fabric and a sewing method of making the same are provided. The method includes: providing a first three-dimensional fabric and a second three-dimensional fabric, placing the first fluffy flexible thread between the first inner side of the first three-dimensional fabric and the second inner side of the second three-dimensional fabric, and then stitching the first three-dimensional fabric and the second three-dimensional fabric to form a stitched structure with the first fluffy flexible thread being embedded therein.
SKINNED PRODUCT
A skinned product includes: a base material; a skin disposed on a surface of the base material; and a stitch line including a plurality of stitches arranged so as to form a linear shape on the skin. The stitches are formed by a needle thread penetrating the skin in a thickness direction from a front side and a bobbin thread intersecting with the needle thread on a back side of the skin. At least an end portion of the bobbin thread in a length direction of the stitch line is locked from the back side to the skin by an adhesive tape disposed between the base material and the skin and attached to a back surface of the skin.
Fixing aid for simple fixing of sewn coverings on support parts
A sewn covering for covering support parts includes at least one first and at least one second trim cover element which are connected to one another via a functional seam. A soft insert runs along at least some sections of the functional seam. The seam stump formed by the functional seam can be surrounded by a seam band which can be fixed by the functional seam. To produce such a sewn covering, a band can be used which has an at least partially elastic seam band that is perforated in the longitudinal direction. At least one soft insert is provided in the longitudinal direction of the partially elastic seam band, which insert is fixed to the seam band.
