Method and apparatus for making a fitted sheet
A protective cover is made from a piece of cloth cut from a textile web that is initially held at first and second points by respective first and second devices in the vicinity of a corner near respective first and second outer edges forming the corner. The first point is then moved parallel to a plane and above of the piece of cloth to the second point at the second outer edge under entrainment of a corresponding region of the piece of cloth to form a cloth flap shaped as a right triangle having a hypotenuse extending between the points, a first leg forming an extension of the second outer edge of the piece of cloth, and a second leg. The cloth flap is then seamed along the second leg and then cut along a line of the seam. Thereafter the cover thus formed is released at the points.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MASKS
An apparatus for manufacturing trapezoid-shaped masks is disclosed. The apparatus may include, a first feeding unit, for providing three or more rolled fabrics; a second feeding unit, for providing one or more rolled materials, simultaneously to the provision of the three or more rolled fabrics; a first folding and joining unit, for folding and joining together edges of three or more fabrics provided by the first feeding unit to form a joint multilayered fabric; a second folding and joining unit, for folding and joining the edges of one or more materials provided by the second feeding unit to form folded material; and a joining unit configured to join together the joint multilayered fabric and the folded material, by forming the continuous joint thereby forming at least two masks in relatively alternating positions, such that the open side of one mask is pointing in an opposite direction from the open side of the other mask.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MAKING A FITTED SHEET
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing fitted bedsheets, in which: rectangular sheet pieces (9) are cut; each corner (1,5) of the sheet pieces (9) is folded in on itself, the portions that are folded in on themselves are joined by a seam at a distance from the tip of the corner (1,5) of the sheet piece; and the tip projecting beyond the seam is cut off, forming a rectangular-shaped sheet piece (11), wherein the sheet piece (9) is held at each corner (1,5) at two holding points (2, 3; 6, 7), the first holding point (2; 6) on the first peripheral edge (13,13′) is moved parallel to a plane covered by the sheet piece to the second holding point (3; 7) on the second peripheral edge (14,14′), together with the associated portion of the sheet piece (9); and the holding points (2′, 3; 6′, 7) are held one on top of the other and a sheet flap in the shape of a right-angled triangle is formed, said sheet flap being provided with the seam (18) along the second leg (17) of the triangle then being cut off next to the seam (18) following the line of the latter.
System for making a loop
A strip is fastened to an edge of a textile piece by first advancing strip of the ribbon in a direction parallel to the strip of ribbon from a supply. Then a leading end of the strip is gripped a first nip point while advancing additional ribbon from the ribbon supply. The strip is then gripped at a second nip point upstream of the first nip point at a trailing end of the strip. The ribbon is then severed upstream in the strip-travel direction of the second nip point to separate the strip from the ribbon into a sufficient length between the first nip point and the second nip points. The leading or trailing end is then pivoted about at least one pivot axis relative to the other end and positioned near or on the other end, which is then fastened to the edge of the textile piece.

APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING A PLEATED CURTAIN
A device for manufacturing a pleated curtain includes elongate pleating means for forming a first fold in the curtain by folding the curtain around a long side of the pleating means along a fold line, clamping means for clamping a pleat portion of the curtain on either side of the first fold along a clamping line parallel to the fold line such that the pleat portion forms a loop, and control means for controlling the pleating means and the clamping means. The control means move the pleating means and/or clamping means such that the pleating means are arranged from a position inside the loop to a position adjacent the loop, while the clamping means clamp the pleat portion, such that a remaining portion of the curtain is folded round an outer end of the clamping means and a second fold is formed adjacently of and parallel to the first fold.
CREASING APPARATUS
A creasing apparatus includes a top plate having an upper surface supporting a fabric, a robot manipulator, a folding assembly mounted on the robot manipulator and configured to make a crease on the fabric by pinching the fabric from above, and a control device configured to control the robot manipulator and the folding assembly.
SEWING SYSTEM
A sewing system includes: a robot manipulator; a plurality of assemblies attached to and detached from the robot manipulator and each configured to perform predetermined work on cloth; a server stores process data indicating a relationship between a plurality of processes for manufacturing a sewn product from the cloth and the assembly used in each of the plurality of processes; and a control device configured to select an assembly to be mounted to the robot manipulator based on the process data.
Fitted sheet constructs and methods of making the same
A fitted sheet (800) includes a first side margin (106) and the second side margin (107) folded about a first fold line (104) and a second fold line (105), respectively, toward a central panel (108) such that sides of the first side margin and the second side margin are separated by a separation (208). A first edge (209) and a second edge (211) occur where the first side margin and the central panel abut, while a third edge (210) and a fourth edge (212) occur where the second side margin and the central panel abut. The first edge includes a first seam (405), while the second edge includes a second seam (406). The third edge includes a third seam (407), while the fourth edge includes a fourth seam (408). Each seam is applied by a different sewing operation. At least two seams are different in color.
