ULTRASONIC TEXTILE PROCESSING WASH BOXES, PROCESSING LINES AND RELATED METHODS
Ultrasonic wash boxes, processing lines, and related methods are provided herein. A wash box can include a housing having a first side wall, a second side wall, a first end wall and a second end wall. The housing can have an opening formed between the side wall and the end walls. The wash box can include a first ultrasonic field generator secured to a first side wall of the housing and a second ultrasonic field generator secured to the second side wall of the housing. The wash box can also include a fabric guide carriage insertable within the opening of the housing between the first and second side walls.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CLEANING FABRIC
An apparatus for cleaning a fabric article includes an emitting header that emits fluid towards the fabric article and a suction header that suctions the fluid emitted by the emitting header. The suction header and the emitting header are parallel to each other and separated from each other by a space. The space is configured for positioning the fabric article in the space so that fluid emitted by the emitting header flows through the fabric article towards the suction header. A washing appliance for cleaning a fabric article includes a detergent compartment, a control system monitor, a pump, a water compartment, an emitting header that emits fluid towards the fabric article, a suction header that suctions the fluid emitted by the emitting header, a screen disposed between the emitting header and the suction header, and a servo motor in communication with at least one of the emitting header and the suction header.

Device for use in the treatment of textiles or leather with liquid, comprising a container having an inner wall with through-holes and surrounded by a spaced outer wall, with lids covering the terminal cross-sectional openings of the container, with a drive which drives the container along a trajectory curve to a reciprocating movement with a maximum acceleration of at least 20 m/s.sup.2.
