BLOWER FOR AIRFLOW DYEING MACHINE
A blower for an airflow dyeing machine is provided. Each four nozzles of the airflow dyeing machine shares a blower, the blower being disposed at a central position of the four nozzles; wherein the blower comprises: a motor, a blowing machine, a primary air duct, a secondary air duct, an air inlet and an air outlet, the motor driving the blowing machine to rotate, the blowing machine comprising a blowing machine housing and impellers, the impellers being disposed inside the blowing machine housing, two air outlets of the blowing machine being oppositely arranged and are disposed on two sides of the blowing machine housing which respectively supply air to the two nozzles at the two sides, the air inlet of the blowing machine being on a side opposing the motor, the two air outlets of the blowing machine being respectively coupled to one ends of the two primary air ducts.
ENERGY-SAVING DYEING MACHINE
An energy-saving dyeing machine includes a body, a liquid dyes supply device, a liquid dyes heating device having a direct-heating heat exchanger, and a cooling unit connecting to the direct-heating heat exchanger by a series connection. When heating up the liquid dyes, the liquid dyes enters the direct-heating heat exchanger from the liquid dyes supply device via a supply tube, saving several heating procedures and unnecessary energy wastes. Additionally, an outer wall is surrounding the body to form a surrounding space for the heated exhaust gas from the direct-heating heat exchanger to enter and reheat the liquid dyes in the body again, making a better use of the heat energy.
SATURATED EXTREME LOW LIQUOR RATIO CONVEYOR-DRIVING ATMOSPHERIC FABRIC DYEING MACHINE
A saturated extreme low liquor ratio conveyor-driving atmospheric fabric dyeing machine includes a machine body having an interior space having a rectangular lateral cross-section for effective use of the space and to accommodate an increased loading capacity of fabric. A conveyor device is installed inside the machine body to convey fabrics for circuiting movement. A dyeing tube is equipped above the machine body and is connected to the machine body at a front end and a rear end, at which a first nozzle and a second nozzle are respectively equipped to allow for selection between one single nozzle or two nozzles to jet dye liquid. A fabric plaiting down device and a fabric guide device are arranged at the rear end of the dyeing tube and in the interior space of the machine body and are adjustable for oscillation angle and amplitude in a left-right direction for optimization of oscillating and guiding the fabric to fall onto a conveyor device.
Reel for fabric machines, fabric machine comprising said reel and method
Reel for fabric treating machines, said reel comprising: a substantially cylindrical main body (110) having a side surface (111), a first axial end (112) and a second axial end (113); first and second flanges (114, 115), respectively mounted to the first and second axial ends (112, 113) of said main body (110); at least one drag element (120) mounted, in the operating position, externally to said side surface (111), at least one constraining device (130), associated with said drag element (120) to hold said drag element (120) in said operating position. The constraining device (130) can be switched between a first condition, in which it holds said drag element (120) in said operating position, and a second operating condition, in which it allows said respective drag element (120) to be removed.

Method for the treatment of a textile substrate, and devices for carrying out said method
A method for the treatment of a textile substrate is described, in which the substrate is arranged in a treatment device and treated with an aqueous treatment bath. Here the moisture of the textile substrate is adjusted to a predetermined moisture in the beginning of the treatment, whereby the treatment bath volume to be sprayed on the respective subject and per time unit is determined exactly, so that the textile subject provides the defined predetermined moisture at the end of the treatment. The therefore used devices enables the realization of the method for textile substrates designed as a fabric strand, a wide fabric web package and a fabric package.
