Mannequin for the surface treatment of pants
Mannequin for the surface treatment of pants. Mannequin for the surface treatment of pants, comprising an upper support structure from which two legs extend, wherein each of said legs has an inflatable balloon arranged at its rear part. Each of said inflatable balloons has its outer lateral section folded upon itself at least once around a folding line extending from the upper edge to the lower edge of the balloon. The upper edge is fixed to the rear upper end of the corresponding leg and the lower edge is fixed to a rear intermediate point of the corresponding leg, such that the parts of the edges corresponding to the outer lateral section are also fixed to the leg of the mannequin.
NON-RIGID MATERIAL MULTI-FRAME MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
Aspects hereof relate to a multi-frame manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing articles from non-rigid materials and methods for manufacturing articles utilizing a multi-frame manufacturing apparatus. The multi-frame manufacturing apparatus includes a plurality of discrete frames, each frame including a movement mechanism that enables it to move between sequentially arranged processing stations. Each movement mechanism permits substantially horizontal movement forward and backward. The movement mechanism for at least one of the frames permits substantially vertical movement both up and down. Actuation of the movement mechanisms for at least two frames may permit the frames to switch their relative positions. Each frame additionally includes at least one gripping mechanism for temporarily securing non-rigid material in place on the framed for processing.
Method for Impregnating a Garment and Apparatus for Impregnating a Garment
The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for impregnating an item, preferably a garment such as a coat, a jacket, a shirt or a pair of trousers, optionally other fabric-like textile such as tents, tarpaulins, hoods for vehicles or vessels. The apparatus comprises an inner support for supporting the garment or other fabric-like textile. The inner support has an electrically conducting surface and an electrically conducting outer cover for covering the garment or other fabric-like textile when supported by the inner support. The apparatus also comprises means for applying an electro static field between the electrically conducting surface of the inner support and the electrically conducting outer cover, and nozzles for providing an impregnating agent between the electrically conducting surface of the inner support and the electrically conducting outer cover, from the outer cover towards the garment or other fabric-like textile.
Method and device for reversing a tubular knitted article in a circular knitting machine
A method for reversing a tubular knitted article (S) is disclosed. According to the method, the tubular knitted article (S), engaged at a first end thereof by a pick-up device (5) and hanging with a second end thereof from the pick-up device, is introduced in a reversing tube (15). The reversing tube (15) is moved through the pick-up device (5) so as to project with the upper end (15B) thereof above the pick-up device; and the reversing tube (15) is moved reciprocatingly up and down between an upper position and a lower position, while co-acting with a top clamping device (31) and a bottom clamping device (35) until the tubular knitted article (S) is entirely everted on the outer surface of the reversing tube (15).
DEVICE AND PROCESS FOR THE LASER TREATMENT OF TROUSERS, COMPRISING TWO MANNEQUINS
A device for the laser treatment of trousers, including a laser beam generating equipment suitable for emitting the laser beam in any direction within an emission pyramid with an emission axis and two opening angles, and a work station with two mannequins, where each mannequin includes two legs. Each leg defines a longitudinal axis, and the two longitudinal axes of each mannequin define a mannequin plane. Each of the mannequins is oriented towards the equipment so that the emission axis strikes the mannequin plane at an angle of less than 90° and each mannequin has at least one of its legs within the pyramid.
MANNEQUIN, MANNEQUIN AND MOVEMENT CART ASSEMBLY, MACHINE AND SYSTEM FOR THE LASER MARKING OF TROUSERS
A mannequin for supporting a pair of trousers whereon a laser marking is performed, having two leg structures housed inside the trouser legs. Each structure has a longitudinal axis, upper and lower areas, front and rear planes, an inner side and outer side. The separation between the inner and outer sides varies due to the tensing mechanism in order to go from a non-operative loosened position (A) to a maximum tensed end position (B) to perform the marking. Each leg structure is coupled to a respective main rotation axis around which rotates by a respective articulation having the mannequin for each leg structure. The main rotation axis is parallel to the direction of the dimension of the rise of the pair of trousers or collinear with it. The front planes can form at least two angles greater and/or less than 180° when rotated around the respective main rotation axes thereof.
TROUSER TREATMENT DEVICE AND CORRESPONDING TROUSER HOLDER
A trouser treatment device including a trouser supply module including transport for transporting each of the trousers from an entry to a supply exit, an opening module of the waist of one of the trousers, arranged in the trouser supply module, and a transport module with fastening clamps that hold the trousers with the waist open by the waist and that carries the trousers from the supply exit to a trouser holder of a work station with a processing device and a rotation element able to rotate the trouser holder according to a vertical axis. The trouser holder includes, on each leg, an outer rod and an inner rod, which deploy sideways, and a third rod, arranged between the other two, which is deployed forward or backward.
ASSEMBLED TEXTILE PRODUCTS
An assembled textile product includes a plurality of parts of fabric cut from one or more open pieces of fabric. At least one of the plurality of parts of fabric is cut from a tubular knitted fabric having a rest configuration and a stretched configuration. The tubular knitted fabric includes a heat adhesive material applied on at least a portion of a surface of the tubular knitted fabric in the stretched configuration so as to stabilize the first portion of the tubular knitted fabric by reducing its elasticity or deformability.
Method for making assembled textile products
A method for making assembled textile products including the following steps: arranging open piece of fabric, made by producing tubular knitted fabric by means of circular knitting machine for hosiery or for knitwear, by pulling tubular fabric over support so as to stretch tubular fabric, by applying heat adhesive material onto at least first portion of an outer surface of tubular fabric pulled over support letting heat adhesive material firmly adhere under heat onto tubular fabric, and by cutting tubular fabric onto which heat adhesive material has been applied, so as to obtain open piece of fabric; cutting open piece of fabric according to predefined cutting lines for making one or more parts of textile product to be assembled, and assembling plurality of parts obtained from open piece of fabric or from plurality of pieces of fabric for obtaining assembled textile product.
