The microbubble treatment agent cartridge assembly includes a housing and a treatment agent cartridge accommodated in the housing. The housing is provided with at least one water inlet pipe portion. The at least one water inlet pipe portion is provided internally with at least one stage of diameter-decreasing tapered portion and a microbubble former, and the pipe wall thereof is further provided with an air inlet hole. The air inlet hole is positioned between the at least one stage of diameter-decreasing tapered portion and the microbubble former, and communicates with an air inlet pipe disposed on the housing. The top of the most downstream stage of diameter-decreasing tapered portion is provided with a spray hole. The spray hole enables the water flow flowing through the at least one stage of diameter-decreasing tapered portion.
Microbubble generator, washing machine, and home appliance
A microbubble generator is formed from at least two of a flow path constituting section that constitutes a flow path through which a liquid is passable, and a decompression member including a colliding section that is fitted into the flow path constituting section and locally reduces a cross-sectional area of the flow path to generate microbubbles in the liquid that passes through the flow path. This microbubble generator includes an outlet connecting to a negative pressure producing section of the decompression member, an outside air introduction port provided in the flow path constituting section to introduce outside air, and an outside air introduction path communicating between the outside air introduction port and the outlet.
Microbubble generator and laundry treating device
A microbubble generator and a laundry treating device. The microbubble generator includes: an air dissolving tank, having an air dissolving cavity defined therein, and an inlet and an outlet configured to allow water to flow in and out, the inlet being located above the outlet; a baffle, provided in the air dissolving tank, at least partially located between the inlet and the outlet in a horizontal direction, and provided with a gap and/or a through hole; and a cavitator, provided outside the air dissolving tank and connected with the outlet, or provided at the outlet.
CLOTHING WASHING SYSTEM, APPARATUS FOR GENERATING NANO MICROBUBBLE IONIC WATER, AND METHOD OF WASHING CLOTHES
The subject disclosure relates to a clothing washing system, an apparatus for generating nano microbubble ionic water, and a method of washing clothes. The clothing washing system includes an adjustment unit, an electrolysis unit, a first fluid circulation unit, a nano microbubble generation unit, a second fluid circulation unit, and a cleaning unit. The electrolysis unit is in fluid communication with the adjustment unit. The first fluid circulation unit is connected to the adjustment unit and the electrolysis unit. The nano microbubble generation unit is in fluid communication with the adjustment unit. The second fluid circulation unit is connected to the adjustment unit and the nano microbubble generation unit. The cleaning unit is in fluid communication with the adjustment unit.
Minute bubble generator, home appliance provided with minute bubble generator, and method of manufacturing minute bubble generator
A minute bubble generator includes a flow path member including a flow path allowing a liquid to pass therethrough; and a colliding part provided in the flow path and generating minute bubbles in the liquid passing through the flow path by locally reducing a cross sectional area of the flow path. The colliding part is formed integrally with the flow path member and is provided closer to an upstream end or a downstream end relative to a lengthwise center of the flow path.
LAUNDRY SANITIZATION SYSTEM THAT UTILIZES A HEMISPHERIC ULTRASOUND TRANSDUCER IN COMBINATION WITH AGITATING WASH SYSTEMS
A laundry appliance includes a drum that rotationally operates within a tub. The drum defines a processing space for treating articles. A fluid delivery system selectively delivers wash fluid into the processing space. A hemispheric ultrasonic transducer is positioned proximate a base of the drum. The hemispheric ultrasonic transducer selectively directs waves of an ultrasonic frequency in a hemispheric radiating pattern through the processing space. The waves generate air bubbles within the wash fluid and the waves cause the air bubbles to implode and release micro air jets that are directed into the wash fluid for sanitizing the articles. The micro air jets act on the articles to loosen and remove foreign material therefrom.
Washing machine and control method thereof
Disclosed herein are a washing machine and a control method thereof. The control method effectively transmits high-concentration wash liquid to laundry, while minimizing the amount of water used, through washing using bubbles, and maximizes the increase in volume of the wash liquid rubbed on the inner circumferential surface of the drum using the generation of bubbles and the rotation of the drum to raise the water level of the wash liquid without additional water.
Bubble generator and washing machine having the same
A washing machine having a bubble generator includes a bubble spray part provided at an upper side of a tub and configured to discharge bubbles from a top to a bottom inside the tub; a wash liquid jet nozzle provided inside the bubble spray part and configured to jet wash liquid; a blowing fan provided in the bubble spray part and configured to blow air in a direction in which the wash liquid jet nozzle jets the wash liquid; and a porous plate member provided at a front end of the bubble spray part and including a plurality of holes, wherein when the wash liquid jetted from the wash liquid jet nozzle collides with the porous plate member, bubbles are generated.
Laundry treating device
A laundry treating device includes: a water tub; a main water inlet pipe; a detergent box, having a detergent cavity for accommodating detergent defined therein, and a washing inlet and a washing outlet, the washing inlet being connected to the main water inlet pipe, and the washing outlet being connected to the water tub; a microbubble generator, mounted to the detergent box, and having a water inlet connected to main water inlet pipe, and a water outlet connected to the detergent box or the water tub.
Washing machine and micro-bubble generator thereof
A washing machine that includes a cabinet; an outer basket in the cabinet and configured to accommodate wash water; an inner basket in the outer basket and configured to accommodate laundry; a water supply valve unit in the cabinet and connected to an external water supply source, configured to receive wash water; and a micro-bubble generator configured to receive the wash water from the water supply valve unit, generate micro-bubbles, and supply the micro-bubbles to a washing space. The micro-bubble generator includes a dissolving unit configured to mix or dissolve gas into the wash water from the water supply valve unit. The dissolving unit includes: a water supply line connection connected indirectly to the water supply valve unit, configured to introduce the wash water; a supply hole providing a path in which gas is introduced into a dissolution space; and a dissolved water drain portion discharging the wash water in which gas is mixed or dissolved.
