The object of the invention is a composition for impregnating other materials, rendering them able to shield alternating electromagnetic fields in the range from low frequencies up to radio frequencies, containing an aqueous solution of salt that may form hydrates or a combination of salts, of which at least one forms a hydrate, characterised in that it contains an acrylic and/or styrene-acrylic dispersion and/or silicone emulsion and/or enhancing additives selected from a group containing surfactants and/or aluminosilicates and silicates and/or soluble and insoluble calcium compounds, metal and metalloid oxides, while an alternating field is shielded at least in range from 10.sup.−2 Hz to 10.sup.6 Hz and its application for coating/impregnating fibrous and/or porous matrix and materials containing the thereof.
Method for the Production of a Microporous Polymer Coated Fabric
The present inventions relates to a low solvent based method for the production of a microporous polymer coated fibrous fabric, comprising the steps of contacting the fabric with a composition dispersed in an aqueous medium thereby coating the fabric with the composition, and contacting the coated with a coagulation solution and drying of the fabric, crosslinking the polymer resin. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a cleaning cloth comprising a microporous polymer coating obtained by the method.
Solid perfume-containing composition
A solid, particulate composition having at least one water-soluble carrier material, at least one fragrance and at least one rheology modifier, wherein the carrier material is a water-containing salt (hydrate) whose water vapor partial pressure at a specific temperature in the range from 30 to 100° C. corresponds to the H.sub.2O partial pressure of the saturated solution of this salt, such that the salt melts at this temperature in its own crystal water. The invention further relates to processes for producing the solid composition, and to a washing or cleaning product including the solid composition. In addition, the present invention also relates to the use of a washing or cleaning product of this kind for cleaning of textiles or hard surfaces, and corresponding methods of cleaning textiles or hard surfaces using a washing or cleaning product of this kind.
Method for producing laminate
A method of producing a laminated body, the method including a coagulant solution deposition step of depositing a coagulant solution on a fiber substrate, and a coagulation step of forming a polymer layer on the fiber substrate by bringing a polymer latex into contact with the fiber substrate having the coagulant solution deposited thereon to cause a polymer to coagulate. As the coagulant solution, a solution obtained by dissolving or dispersing 0.2 to 7.0% by weight of a metal salt as a coagulant and 0.1 to 7.0% by weight of an organic acid in a solvent is used. In the method of producing a laminated body, the metal salt is a polyvalent metal salt. In the method of producing a laminated body, the organic acid is an organic acid having at least one group selected from a carboxyl group, a sulfo group, a hydroxy group, and a thiol group.
Laminate
A laminated body formed by laminating a fiber substrate composed of a plurality of fibers and a polymer layer formed from a polymer latex. The polymer layer covers the fiber substrate in a state in which a portion of the polymer layer has permeated among the fibers. A ratio (t.sub.1/d) of a thickness t.sub.1 of the portion of the polymer layer that has permeated among the fibers (from a top surface of the fiber substrate) to a substrate layer average thickness d is 0.1 to 0.95. A thickness t.sub.2 of the portion of the polymer layer covering the top surface of the fiber substrate (from the top surface of the fiber substrate) is 80 μm or more.

A solid, particulate composition having at least one water-soluble carrier material, at least one fragrance and at least one water-miscible organic solvent, wherein the carrier material is a water-containing salt (hydrate) whose water vapor partial pressure at a specific temperature in the range from 30 to 100° C. corresponds to the H.sub.2O partial pressure of the saturated solution of this salt, such that the salt melts at this temperature in its own crystal water.
