ELECTROCHROMIC WIRE THREAD AND RELATIVE FABRICS
The present invention is directed to eyectrochromic, supercapacitor yarns and the related fabrics. An electrochromic yarn formed by two interwind threads has been invented. The yarn is electrically isolated by a transparent, uncolored polymer. Each thread is the superposition of three concentric layers. The most internal one, the core, has the function of support and/or conductive layer, the second one is the eiectrochromic layer containing conductive nanoparticies, the third layer is a polymer dielectric blend. The yarns described above allows to generate electrochromic fabrics in which the colour can be varied by the application of small electric voltages fed by a battery with variable power supply controlled by a microprocessor connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth technology. A specific application on the smartphone allows to change the voltage supply to the fabrics, in order to get the desired chromatic change.

COMPOSITE YARN
Provided is a composite yarn. The composite yarn includes a core and a sheath. The core is made of a thermoplastic material; wherein the thermoplastic material is selected from a group consisting of: a polyester, a polyamide, a polyacrylonitrile and any combination thereof. The sheath formed around the core is made of a cladding material, and the cladding material comprises polyvinyl butyral; wherein the polyvinyl butyral has a melt flow rate ranging from 2 g/10 min to 35 g/10 min; the melt flow rate is measured by a standard method ASTM D1238 at 190° C. with 2.16 kg load.
GRAPHENE MATERIAL COATING AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF, AIR FILTRATION DEVICE AND SYSTEM
A graphene material coating and a preparation method thereof pertain to the technical field of air filtration, and relates to an air filtration device and system based on the graphene material coating. The preparation method of the graphene material coating includes the following steps: S1), preparing a slurry dispersion stock solution: adding a dispersant and a binder to a solvent, and stirring to form the slurry dispersion stock solution; and S2), forming a graphene surface coating: adding a graphene powder to the slurry dispersion stock solution, and after being homogenized by stirring, coating a homogenate on a surface of a carrier, and drying to obtain a finished product of the graphene material coating. This technique can increase the adsorption rate of harmful substances in the gases and avoid secondary pollution caused by unstable adsorption.
