SHEET MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a sheet-like article which has a good balance between soft texture and excellent light resistance; and a method for producing this sheet-like article. In order to achieve this purpose, a sheet-like article according to the present invention has the following configuration. Specifically, a sheet-like article which contains a polymer elastic body in a fibrous base material, wherein: the fibrous base material is composed of ultrafine fibers that have an average single fiber diameter of from 0.1 μm to 10 μm; the polymer elastic body has a hydrophilic group, while containing a polyether diol as a constituent; the polymer elastic body internally has an N-acylurea bond and/or an isourea bond; and the condition 1 and the condition 2 described below are satisfied. Condition 1: The bending resistance in the lengthwise direction as determined in accordance with specific standards is from 40 mm to 140 mm. Condition 2: The abrasion weight loss after 20,000 cycles of a Martindale abrasion test set forth in JIS L 1096 (2005) after a light resistance test as performed under the conditions defined in accordance with specific standards is 25 mg or less.

The present invention is a synthetic leather including a base fabric (i), an intermediate layer (ii), and a skin layer (iii), in which the intermediate layer (ii) is formed of an aqueous urethane resin composition (C) containing a urethane resin (A) and an aqueous medium (B), the urethane resin (A) is a reaction product of a polyol (a1) containing a polyol (a1-1) having an anionic group and an aromatic polyisocyanate (a2), and has an anionic group in a concentration of 0.35 mmol/g or less, the skin layer (iii) is formed of an aqueous urethane resin composition (Z) containing a urethane resin (X) and an aqueous medium (Y), and the urethane resin (X) is a reaction product obtained by using a polyol (b1), a reactive silicone (b2) having a functional group which reacts with an isocyanate group, and a polyisocyanate (b3) as essential raw materials.
Automobile instrument panel surface material and method of manufacturing same
An automobile instrument panel surface material includes a microfiber having an average single fiber diameter of 0.3 to 7 μm; and polyurethane, the automobile instrument panel surface material having nap formed of the microfiber, the automobile instrument panel surface material having, of light fastnesses measured according to a light fastness measurement method of JIS L 0843:2006 under conditions of a xenon arc intensity of 110 MJ/m2, a fading by gray scale evaluation of grade 3.5 or higher, the automobile instrument panel surface material having a glass haze of 10.0% or less as measured according to a glass haze evaluation method of ISO 6452:2007 under conditions of a heating temperature of 100° C. and a heating time of 20 hours.
Synthetic leather
The present invention provides a synthetic leather including at least a base (i), an adhesive layer (ii), and a skin layer (iii). The adhesive layer (ii) and the skin layer (iii) are both formed of a urethane resin composition including a urethane resin and water, the urethane resin being produced using an aromatic polyisocyanate as a raw material. The urethane resin composition forming the adhesive layer (ii) preferably includes a urethane resin (A) and water (B), the urethane resin (A) being produced using an aromatic polyisocyanate (a1) as a raw material. The aromatic polyisocyanate (a1) preferably includes toluene diisocyanate. It is preferable that the urethane resin (A) include an anionic group and the concentration of the anionic group in the urethane resin (A) be 0.35 mmol/g or less.
POLYMERIC WRAPPING MATERIAL
A wrapping material having three distinct polymeric layers interfaced with a woven polymeric scrim is disclosed. A first polymeric layer is formed by extruding a first polymeric coating onto the scrim. A second polymeric layer and a third polymeric layer are simultaneously formed by co-extruding a second polymeric coating onto the scrim and a third polymeric coating onto the second polymeric coating.
Noise-absorbent and odor-adsorbent fabric cover systems for vehicle interiors
The present disclosure provides cover systems for covering components of a cabin interior of a vehicle, such as an automobile, a train car, a bus, a boat, or an aircraft, among others. For instance, the cover systems may cover one or more of a seat and a floor, among others, of the cabin interior. The fabric cover systems may absorb or partially absorb one or more of low-frequency sounds, such as low-frequency noise emitted by an engine, and high-frequency sounds, among others. The fabric cover systems may absorb or partially absorb odor molecules. The fabric covering systems may include multiple layers. For instance, one of the layers may include activated carbon fibers. The activated carbon fibers may absorb or partially absorb one or more of sounds, liquids, and odors, among others.

The invention relates to a method for producing a finished leather substitute, which method comprises providing a sheet material grown from mycelium, which sheet material shows a top surface layer and a bottom surface, wherein the method comprises applying at least one finishing coating on the bottom surface only.
COATING STRUCTURE OF BLACKOUT ADVERTISING CLOTH
A coating structure of a blackout advertising cloth, comprising: a warp knitted mesh fabric; a front layer, which is an adhesive slurry layer made of polyacrylic resin as main component mixed with fireproof agent and waterproof agent, the adhesive slurry layer is coated on the front surface of the warp knitted mesh fabric for the slurry penetrating the meshes, so that the warp knitted mesh fabric and the front layer are firmly bonded; and a rear blackout layer, which is a shading slurry layer made of acrylic resin as main component mixed with blackout material, the rear blackout layer is coated on the rear surface, so that the warp knitted mesh fabric and the rear blackout layer are firmly bonded, and further form a coating structure of the blackout advertising cloth.
