Canvas flocking diamond picture

The picture frame is internally provided with a protective film and a canvas, and the protective film is located at one side of the canvas; the upper end surface of the canvas is provided with a flash layer; an ink-receiving layer is arranged under the flash layer; an upper back cover layer is arranged under the ink-receiving layer; a cingico layer is arranged under the upper back cover layer; a lower back cover layer is arranged under the cingico layer; a flocking layer is arranged under the lower back cover layer, and the flocking layer is located on the lower end surface of the canvas; an adhesive layer is arranged between the lower back cover layer and the flocking layer.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A MULTILAYER PVC SEMIFINISHED PRODUCT AND A CORRESPONDING APPARATUS
A method for manufacturing of a multilayer PVC semi-finished product, in particular a multilayer PVC synthetic leather or a multilayer PVC foam sheet, the method comprising the steps of:
a. Coating a coated or uncoated carrier web with a PVC plastisol, whereby a carrier web coated with an ungelled plastisol layer is obtained; thereafter
b. Gelling the ungelled plastisol layer, whereby a carrier web coated with a gelled plastisol layer is obtained; and thereafter
c. Cooling the carrier web coated with the gelled plastisol layer; characterized in that the coating comprises coating the carrier web with at least two PVC plastisols one above the other, simultaneously or in immediate succession. A corresponding apparatus is further described.
Synthetic leather
The present invention is a synthetic leather including a base fabric (i), an intermediate layer (ii), and a skin layer (iii), in which the intermediate layer (ii) is formed of an aqueous urethane resin composition (C) containing a urethane resin (A) and an aqueous medium (B), the urethane resin (A) is a reaction product of a polyol (a1) containing a polyol (a1-1) having an anionic group and an aromatic polyisocyanate (a2), and has an anionic group in a concentration of 0.35 mmol/g or less, the skin layer (iii) is formed of an aqueous urethane resin composition (Z) containing a urethane resin (X) and an aqueous medium (Y), and the urethane resin (X) is a reaction product obtained by using a polyol (b1), a reactive silicone (b2) having a functional group which reacts with an isocyanate group, and a polyisocyanate (b3) as essential raw materials.

The present invention relates generally to compositions comprising polyelectrolytes complexes (PECs) of anionic and cationic biopolymers capable of forming barriers on fiber based materials. Also disclosed is a fibre based material with a barrier coating against oil and water, wherein the material is provided with a barrier from at least two layers formed from at least one composition comprising a polyelectrolyte complex (PEC) of a cationic biopolymer and an anionic biopolymer, The two layers result in improvements in both oil resistance and water resistance compared to the same material provided with a single layer of said at least one composition.
MOISTURE-PERMEABLE WATERPROOF FABRIC
A moisture-permeable waterproof fabric includes: a cloth (i), an adhesive layer (ii), and a surface skin layer (iii). The adhesive layer (ii) is formed from a moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt resin composition that contains a urethane prepolymer (C) having an isocyanate group, and the urethane prepolymer (C) is a reaction product of a polyisocyanate (B) and a polyol (A) containing a biomass-derived polyester polyol (a1). The surface skin layer (iii) is formed from a urethane resin composition that contains a urethane resin (R) containing a polyol (P) and a polyisocyanate (Q) as essential raw materials thereof, and the polyol (P) contains a polyol (P1) having an oxyethylene group and a specific polyester polyol (P2).

A method for producing a support for polyurethane-based imitation leather free of dimethylformamide or other solvents or water involves preparing a base. A two-component polyurethane layer is sprayed on the base which includes preparing a first component and a second component. The first and second components are combined to obtain a mixture, and the mixture is sprayed uniformly on the base forming the polyurethane layer. A backing is applied on the two-component polyurethane layer forming a support and the support is dried.
Multifunctional diffusion barrier
A multifunctional diffusion barrier comprising at least one organic polymer and a 2D graphene or 2D graphene derivative material and a method for preparing the multifunctional barrier. The multifunctional diffusion barrier can be used as a liquid and/or gas barrier, or as structural material, or as sealing material, or as a self-cleaning material or as protective material against UV radiation in aeronautical, automotive, marine or building field. The multifunctional diffusion barrier is suitable in producing parts of aircraft such as a fuel tank, a fuel tank conduit and a gasket.
Synthetic leather
Provided is a synthetic leather. The synthetic leather comprises a base cloth, a polymer layer formed on the base cloth and a surface unit covering the polymer layer; the surface unit is a functional layer or a combination of the functional layer and a print layer. The polymer layer is made of a PVB-based composition and excludes a crosslinking agent with at least one isocyanate group. The functional layer is made of a material containing a primary agent; the primary agent is PU, epoxy resin, PMA or PVB; when the primary agent is the PVB, the material further comprises a crosslinking agent with at least one isocyanate group. The synthetic leather has good properties of weather resistance, abrasion resistance and flexing resistance, and the synthetic leather can have a variety of printing patterns on its surface.

A composite skin material for a vehicle wherein a synthetic leather includes a surface resin layer having a plurality of openings, an adhesion layer present on the rear surface of the surface resin layer, and a fibrous base material present on the rear surface of the surface resin layer across the adhesion layer, and the adhesion layer is present only at the adherend part, except for the plurality of openings, in the rear surface of the surface resin layer, and the base material surface of the fibrous base material is bonded to the surface resin layer.
