Water-based polyurethane resin and manufacturing method thereof
A water-based polyurethane resin and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The method for manufacturing the water-based polyurethane includes: a preparation step of a prepolymer, a dilution step of the prepolymer, a water dispersion and chain extension step, and an acrylic synthesis step. The method further includes mixing polyol and polyisocyanate to obtain a prepolymer, and diluting the prepolymer by adding acrylic monomer in the prepolymer. In the water-based polyurethane resin, at least one of the polyhydric alcohol, polyisocyanate, and the acrylic monomer includes a compound with a cyclic structure.
Synthetic leather
Provided is a synthetic leather. The synthetic leather comprises a base cloth, a polymer layer formed on the base cloth and a surface unit covering the polymer layer; the surface unit is a functional layer or a combination of the functional layer and a print layer. The polymer layer is made of a PVB-based composition and excludes a crosslinking agent with at least one isocyanate group. The functional layer is made of a material containing a primary agent; the primary agent is PU, epoxy resin, PMA or PVB; when the primary agent is the PVB, the material further comprises a crosslinking agent with at least one isocyanate group. The synthetic leather has good properties of weather resistance, abrasion resistance and flexing resistance, and the synthetic leather can have a variety of printing patterns on its surface.

A thin, abrasion resistant supported glove, including a knitted liner and a polymeric layer disposed on and within individual strands of yarns of the knitted liner, are disclosed. Methods for manufacturing the thin, abrasion resistant supported glove are also disclosed.
Method for producing a breathable film
A method for producing a breathable film based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC), including the following steps. Preparing a paste-like compound including a first fraction composed of PVC, a second fraction composed of a foreign material, and a third fraction composed of adjuvants and/or additives that that are mixed together to form the paste-like compound, applying the paste-like compound to a base, and drying and gelling the paste-like compound, which has been applied to the base, through the addition of heat, thus forming the film in which pores extending from the one surface of the film to the other are formed, which give the film breathability.
COMPOSITE COMPONENT CONTAINING A POLYCHLOROPRENE AND/OR POLYURETHANE BINDER
The invention relates to a method for producing a composite component, comprising the steps: i) applying an aqueous composition, which contains a polychloroprene dispersion and/or a polyurethane dispersion, to at least one nonwoven; ii) coagulating the aqueous composition on the nonwoven by bringing the aqueous composition into contact with a coagulant and/or heating to 80 to 220° C., in order to form a semifinished product; and iii) optionally attaching a decoration, which comprises an adhesive film; and iv) thereafter, shaping the semifinished product from step ii) or iii) by pressing and/or heating to 30 to 220° C., in order to obtain the composite component, characterized in that the aqueous composition contains at least one thickener. The invention further relates to the use of the composite component of the invention as part of an interior trim, of a sun visor, of a support part, of a 2- or 3-dimensional sound-proofing panel, of a 3D-printed component, of a padding material, of a collision protection means, of a seat shell and of an impact isolation means.
SYNTHETIC LEATHER
Provided is a synthetic leather. A synthetic resin skin material and a manufacturing method thereof, the synthetic resin skin material including, in this order: a base fabric; a thermoplastic resin layer having a storage elastic modulus at 160° C. of 2,000,000 Pa or less measured in accordance with JIS K 7244 (1998); and a skin layer containing a urethane resin, wherein the synthetic resin skin material has recesses at a side of the skin layer, the recesses having a depth, in a thickness direction of the synthetic resin skin material, that extends from the skin layer as far as an inner part of the thermoplastic resin layer, past a boundary that is present between the skin layer and the thermoplastic resin layer at a non-recessed region.

The present invention relates to a method of preparing a water-based surface treatment agent and a water-based surface treatment agent prepared using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a water-based surface treatment agent used to form a surface treatment layer included in artificial leather for automobile seat covers and a method of preparing the water-based surface treatment agent. According to the present invention, when the water-based surface treatment agent is used to manufacture artificial leather, occurrence of whitening of the surface of the artificial leather may be prevented.
