INTERIOR TRIM PART OF AN AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLE COMPRISING A VELVET FONT LAYER
An interior trim part made by a method that includes the steps of bringing a fiber web onto a conveyor, needlepunching the fiber web to form a base in contact with the conveyor, and introducing a binder component on the base. The binder component introduced on the base is a thermoplastic polymer in solid form. The method includes a step for heating the base to cause the thermoplastic polymer making up the binder component to penetrate the base over a thickness smaller than the thickness of the base.
Pattern for chenille carpet pile based on quaternary colors mixing regulation of multicolored filaments and construction method thereof
A pattern for a chenille carpet pile based on quaternary colors mixing regulation of multicolored filaments and a construction method thereof are disclosed. The construction method regulates the uneven distribution of the multicolored filaments on the chenille carpet pile by changing the combination modes and ratios of the multicolored filaments, thereby producing patterns with hazy, moderate and clear color mixing effects. Different from the additive mixing of color light and the subtractive mixing of pigments, the mixing of single-colored filaments is spatial juxtaposition mixing and non-uniform mixing. The construction method also regulates the mixing ratio of the single-colored filaments and the hue, luminance and saturation differences between the single-colored filaments, such that the chenille pile can visually present hazy, moderate and clear color mixing effects. The entire design implementation of the construction method can effectively improve the efficiency of constructing the pattern of the chenille carpet pile.
COMBINATION YARN
The present disclosure provides combination yarns and carpets formed therefrom, in particular combination yarns comprising a first single primarily PET yarn and a second single primarily PTT yarn, wherein at least one of the first single yarn or the second single yarn includes one or more additives which increases dye uptake.
Regulation method of easy dyeing for patterning four-component chenille carpet pile
The regulation method of easy dyeing for patterning a four-component chenille carpet pile combines raw filaments with different dyeing properties to prepare chenille yarns, and changes the combination modes and ratios of the raw filaments to prepare a four-component chenille carpet pile. The method realizes the heterochromaticity of the four-component pile through the uneven distribution of different dyes on the four-component raw filaments, and regulates the color difference of the four-component filaments after dyeing to form patterns with hazy, moderate and clear color mixing effects. The mixing of different colors dyed on the fibers in the four-component chenille carpet pile is spatial juxtaposition mixing, which forms a non-uniform and constant mixed color. According to the different mixing ratios of the color fibers and the interaction between the fiber hues, a composite color consisting of dominant and secondary hues is produced, thereby presenting a dynamic color.
Olfactory mat for domestic animals
A washable, reusable mat that serves as a stimulation device for animals, the mat having a base with a pile thereon, the pile being formed from a plurality of fingers which are arranged to form a structure with a plurality of spaces. Food or treats for the animal (e.g., a dog), are placed on the mat, and the food or treats fall among the fingers and are captured within the spaces formed in the pile by the fingers. The animal locates the food or treats by employing the animal's olfactory senses, such as smell and taste, to locate the food within the mat pile. The animal may use its nose (or paws) to gain access to the captured food by tunneling among the fingers, moving the fingers aside, or other action to access the hidden food.
NOISE ATTENUATING TRIM PART FOR A VEHICLE
Noise attenuating trim part for a vehicle comprising a pile layer, a bonding mass layer and a backing layer whereby the bonding mass layer is bonded to the adjacent layers whereby the bonding mass layer is comprising at least thermoplastic elastomeric polyolefin based compound material (TPO) with a filler content of at least 55%, and whereby
the bonding mass layer has a density of between 1.4 and 1.75 kg/dm.sup.3, a viscosity of less than 50.000 mPa.s and a MFI above 250 and whereby the bonding mass layer is adjacent the pile layer and partly penetrated into the lower area of the pile thereby binding the fibers and/or filaments and/or the tufts within the pile.
WATER-RETAINING ARTIFICIAL TURF
The invention relates to artificial turf, synthetic backing material, synthetic filament, and cooling of artificial turf. The artificial turf comprises synthetic turf filaments, the synthetic turf filaments comprise a blend, the blend comprises 65-99.5% by total weight of the blend of a polyolefin, and 0.5-35% by total weight of the blend of a hydrophilic polymer, wherein the polyolefin is polyethylene, polypropylene, or any combination thereof, and wherein the artificial turf is preferably in the form of a tile carpet.
RECYCLABLE TUFTED CARPET PRODUCT
Recyclable tufted carpet products and methods of preparing the same are provided. In particular, the recyclable tufted carpet product includes a primary backing having an air permeability greater than 100 l/m.sup.2/sec at 200 Pa/20 cm.sup.2, the primary backing comprising a polyester nonwoven; a plurality of yarns tufted through the primary backing such that a pile is provided at a first surface of the primary backing and a plurality of yarn loops are provided at a second surface of the primary backing; and an adhesive that anchors the plurality of yarn loops to the second surface of the primary backing.
Tufted carpet including polyethyleneterephthalate bulked continuous filament
A polyethylene terephthalate bulked continuous filament is manufactured by steps of melt-spinning, multi-step stretching a polyethylene terephthalate chip and a master batch chip for coloring, passing through a texturing nozzle, cooling, and winding and has an elastic modulus of 1.00E+07 to 5.00E+09 Pa at a temperature range of 10° C. to 200° C., the filament being manufactured by steps of melt-spinning a polyethylene terephthalate chip and a master batch chip for coloring, multi-step stretching, passing through a texturing nozzle, cooling, and winding.
Border, edge or pattern carpet tile design, manufacture and installation
Design and manufacture of tufted articles, carpet tile webs and carpet tiles, and installation of carpet tiles, having different color, pile height, pile texture or other characteristics that, together with similar other such tiles, may be installed to create borders, edges or other multiple-tile designs, usually without any of the tiles looking out of place or improperly oriented relative to nap or the direction the tile is “facing.”
