INFUSIBLE WATERBORNE PIGMENTED RESIN COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF PREPARING AND USING THE SAME
Described herein are compositions useful for infusing color into nonwoven polyester containing product and methods to do so. Such compositions and methods comprise use of a color infusion composition comprising an antimigrant polymer; pigment; ammonium polyphosphate; and an anionic surfactant comprising phosphate. In certain embodiments, thermoplastic polymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 93.0° C. or less is used to enhance color infusion.
Leather Production Using Waste Liquids
A process for leather production from a raw animal hide includes the steps of pre-soaking, soaking, unhairing and liming, re-liming, deliming and bating, pickling and tanning, degreasing, re-tanning, neutralizing, dyeing and fatliquoring, and washing the processed hide. Waste liquid is collected from at least one of the foregoing steps is recycled to at least one of the foregoing steps. The collected waste liquid can be recycled to the same step, to a different step, or to two of more steps in the process.
ADVANCEMENT OF EXHAUSTION, MIGRATION, ADSORPTION AND FIXATION OF DYESTUFF TO THE CELLULOSE MATERIALS
The present invention related to a method of dyeing using the salt mixture as an electrolyte with 0.5 to 5.00 GPL of sodium chloride or sodium sulphate and alkali agents I and II to exhaust and fix the dyestuff to the cellulose material in the reactive dyeing wherein the fiber is treated with (i) the salt mixture with sodium chloride or sodium sulphate specifically, putting the pre-treated fiber maintained with pH between 3 and above and an (MLR) maintained between 1:20 and 1:3 at a temperature between 20° C. and above and exhausted for between 15 minutes and above, (ii) the alkali agent I with a pH between 9.5 and above at a temperature between 30° C. and above and stained for between 20 minutes and above (iii) the alkali agent II with a pH between 10.5 and above at a temperature between 30° C. and above and stained for 40 minutes and above.
TREATMENT OF TEXTILE MATERIAL
The present invention generally relates to a method for changing the color of a textile material to obtain a vintage and/or worn appearance comprising the steps of contacting said fabric textile material with a nitrate salt, activating the nitrate salt by the addition of an acid catalyst until the desired color change is achieved.
