Damage processing method and manufacturing method for textile product
The present invention relates to provision of a textile product having a naturally faded appearance. A damage processing method for a textile product includes: irradiating a surface of the textile product with a laser beam (S1); washing the textile product irradiated with the laser beam with a phosphoric acid aqueous solution (S5); and exposing the washed textile product to ozone gas (S7).
METHOD FOR PRODUCING RECYCLED POLYESTER CHIPS FROM RECYCLED POLYESTER FABRIC
A method for producing recycled polyester chips from a recycled polyester fabric is provided. The method includes: providing the recycled polyester fabric attached with dyes and/or coating glue; performing a color removal process to at least partially remove the dyes and/or the coating glue attached to the polyester fabric; performing a de-polymerization process which includes: using a chemical de-polymerization liquid to chemically depolymerize the recycled polyester fabric, so as to form a de-polymerization product containing bis(2-hydroxyethyl) terephthalate (BHET) and oligomers; performing a purification process, so as to enhance a purity of the BHET in the de-polymerization product; and performing a granulation process, so as to re-polymerize the purified BHET and form the recycled polyester chips (r-PET).
PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A DYED FABRIC USING ENZYME AGGREGATES
Provided is a process for the production of a dyed fabric using enzyme aggregates. In particular, provided is a process that comprises a step of providing a woven fabric that comprises a base layer and an additional layer which is located on at least one side of the fabric, wherein the yarns of the additional layer comprise fibers that are at least partially dyed, and a step of contacting the woven fabric with enzyme aggregates such as cross-linked enzyme aggregates (CLEAs), to remove at least part of the dye from at least the yarns of said additional layer. The disclosure also provides a fabric obtained with the process and garments including the fabric.
METHODS OF TREATING TEXTILES WITH FOAM AND RELATED PROCESSES
The present invention offers a new approach to the treatment of garments, including novel compositions and related methods using foam as a carrier of chemical products that are used during the industrial treatment of textiles. Another aspect of the invention relates to methods for reducing total water content necessary in industrial treatment of garments. Another aspect of the present invention relates to processes and methods of forming a foam that can be used for textile treatment.

Custom apparel products by using fabric templates and laser finishing
Laser finishing of apparel products allows an operating model that reduces finishing cost, lowers carrying costs, increases productivity, shortens time to market, be more reactive to trends, reduce product constraints, reduces lost sales and dilution, and more. Improved aspects include design, development, planning, merchandising, selling, making, and delivering. The model uses fabric templates, each of which can be used to produce a multitude of laser finishes. Operational efficiency is improved.
RECYCLING PROCESS
The invention relates to a process for extracting polyester from packaging. In particular, the invention relates to packaging comprising one or more dyes such as black packaging. The claim process uses a two stage extraction process to convert waste polyester in clean, reusable polyester.
The invention relates to a process for extracting polyester from fabric. In particular, fabric comprising polyester and one or more dyes. The claimed process uses a multistage mechanism to separate dyes from polyester containing garments and reconstitute the polyester.
DECOLORIZATION METHOD FOR DYED FIBER CLOTH
A decolorization method for a dyed fiber cloth is provided. The decolorization method for the dyed fiber cloth includes steps of: providing a fiber cloth attached with a dye, extracting the dye attached on the fiber cloth by an extractant, and applying a microwave to evaporate the extractant so as to obtain a dried and decolored fiber cloth.

PRODUCTION METHOD FOR GARMENT, DYED CLOTH, AND CHEMICAL AGENT
[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a method for producing garments that use dyed cloth on which whiteness easily emerges due to heating by irradiation with laser or the like and which can be efficiently decolorized; dyed cloth used in production of decolorized garments; and a chemical agent used in decolorization of dyed cloth. [Solution] This production method for garments is characterized by using a heat treatment to decolorize garments which use dyed cloth containing an alkanolamine. The temperature of the heat treatment is preferably 160-180° C., and the heat treatment is more preferably a laser machining treatment.
