The print processing apparatus includes a heating device including a heater, the heater performing at least one of contactless heating to heat a fabric in a state where the heater is not in contact with the fabric and contact heating to heat the fabric in a state where the heater is in contact with the fabric, and a memory to store a condition table retaining a condition in which whether the contactless heating is to be performed, whether the contact heating is to be performed, an order in which the contactless heating and the contact heating are performed, and a temperature and a length of time in at least one of the contactless heating and the contact heating to be performed are determined for each kind of the fabric.
Heat treated multilayer knitted textile of liquid crystal polymer fibers and modified polyacrylonitrile fibers, and process for making same
The invention relates to a process for manufacturing a multilayer knitted textile by heating a multi-layer knitted textile in the presence of one or more dye compounds, wherein the multilayer knitted textile comprises a fabric outer layer and a fabric inner layer, wherein the fabric outer layer is knit from a first yarn containing a combination of modacrylic fibers and cotton fibers, wherein the fabric inner layer is knit from a second yarn made from 50-90% HBA/HNA filaments, wherein the heating shrinks the outer layer from about 5 to 25% in length, width, or both.
Method for producing a pigmented polymer material
Provided is a method for dyeing a polymer material with an aqueous pigment composition containing at least one pigment dispersed therein, wherein the polymer material is a blend including a first polymer composition and a second polymer composition which is compatible with the first polymer composition, which second polymer composition includes a binding agent for the at least one pigment. The method includes the steps of heating the polymer material to an activation temperature below the softening temperature of the polymer material, contacting the polymer material with the aqueous pigment composition at a contact temperature for a period of time sufficient to form a pigmented polymer material, subjecting the pigmented polymer material to a fixation step to fixate the at least one pigment therein by cooling the pigmented polymer material to a fixation temperature which is lower than the temperature at which contacting of the polymer material with the aqueous pigment composition is carried out.
DECOLORIZATION METHOD FOR DYED FIBER CLOTH
A decolorization method for a dyed fiber cloth is provided. The decolorization method for the dyed fiber cloth includes steps of: providing a fiber cloth attached with a dye, extracting the dye attached on the fiber cloth by an extractant, and applying a microwave to evaporate the extractant so as to obtain a dried and decolored fiber cloth.
PRINT PROCESSING APPARATUS, HEATING DEVICE, AND PRINT PROCESSING METHOD
A print processing apparatus, a heating device, and a method of performing a printing process.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DIGITAL TEXTILE PRINTING
A method of digitally controlled application and fixation of dyestuff to a textile on a processing line is provided. The method comprising the steps of: determining one or more parameters of a textile; determining, by a processor, at least one dose setting for an array of flow channel dispensers of the processing line, wherein determining the at least one dose setting is based on the one or more parameters; dispensing, by the array of flow channel dispensers, dyestuff onto the textile according to the at least one dose setting and delivering energy to the substrate to fix the dyestuff in the textile.
Fabric printable medium
A fabric printable medium includes a fabric base substrate, which includes yarn strands and voids among the yarn strands. The fabric printable medium further includes a finishing coating attached to the yarn strands of the fabric base substrate to form coated yarn strands. The finishing coating includes a first and a second crosslinked polymeric network. The fabric printable medium has pore spaces among the coated yarn strands that coincide with at least some of the voids of the fabric base substrate.
