DEODORANT AND ANTIBACTERIAL HIGH-STRENGTH PROTECTIVE CLOTH AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A method for manufacturing a deodorant and antibacterial high-strength protective cloth includes: providing a first fiber thread and a second fiber thread, where the first fiber thread is a core-spun yarn formed by a blended slurry, a nano metal solution, a plurality of inorganic particles, and a plurality of thermoplastic polyurethane colloidal particles, the thermoplastic polyurethane colloidal particles are hot melted and then wrapped around a peripheral side of a core thread of the core-spun yarn for isolation from an outer wrapping layer of the core-spun yarn, and the second fiber thread is the same as the first fiber thread or is a single-thread yarn formed by the blended slurry and the nano metal solution; and intersecting and laminating the first fiber thread and the second fiber thread to form a plurality of bonding layers.
PROTECTIVE FABRIC RESISTANT TO MOLTEN METAL SPLASH
Flame resistant fabrics are provided that exhibit improved protection from molten metal spills, metal splatter, electric arc, and related thermal hazards illustratively including open flame and radiant heat. The flame resistant fabrics are made from a combination of cellulosic fibers and thermoplastic fibers, where the flame resistant fabric forms a char layer that does not become brittle when contacted by molten metal, metal splatter, electric arc, and related thermal hazards. By not becoming brittle the likelihood of break out of the fabric is minimized, thereby improving the level of protection to the user. As a result, the flame resistant fabric retains the desirable properties of fibers formed of organic materials in terms of comfort, weight, and durability.
TEXTILES AND IMPLANTABLE MEDICAL DEVICES USING THE SAME
A 3-D honeycomb textile can include a textured yarn. The textile can exhibit a heat-shrinkage rate from about 10% to about 60%. The textile can be configured to reversibly change its dimensions under application of stress. Prosthetic valves can have the disclosed textiles as a sealing member. Additionally, prosthetic valves can the disclosed textiles as cushion materials. In addition, methods of making the disclosed textiles and prosthetic valves are described.
EASILY SETTABLE STRETCH FABRICS INCLUDING LOW-MELT FIBER
The present invention provides an easy settable stretch fabric comprising three types of yarns: a rigid fiber, an elastic fiber, and a low-melt fiber, wherein the low-melt fiber comprises low-melt polymer which can be fused in the temperature between 60° C. to 200° C., being higher than the temperature used for normal textile process and household laundry, but lower than the temperature used for heat setting elastic fiber. The low-melt fiber can be selected from a group of fibers made from modified polyester, nylon, and polypropylene and the copolymer from them in the form of staple or filament.
CIRCUMFERENTIALLY CONTINUOUS AND CONSTRICTABLE TEXTILE SLEEVE AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION THEREOF
A protective textile sleeve and method of construction thereof is provided. The sleeve includes a circumferentially continuous wall extending lengthwise along a longitudinal axis between opposite ends. The wall has a first section formed from a non-heat-shrinkable, non-elastic yarn and a second section formed from one of a heat-shrinkable or elastic yarn. The first section extends lengthwise between the opposite ends and spans (X) degrees about the circumference of the wall between opposite lengthwise extending edges while in an unshrunken or stretch. The second section extends lengthwise between the opposite ends and spans (360-X) degrees about the circumference of the wall. The heat-shrikable or elastic yarn of the second section extends continuously as an uninterupted yarn between the opposite edges of the first section.
BIO-BASED DEGRADABLE KNITTED FABRIC WITH ANTIBACTERIAL EFFECT
A biodegradable antibacterial knitted fabric, a cross section of the knitted fabric includes a front side of cross section made of wool short fiber yarns, an intermediate connection layer of cross section capable of transferring moisture and a rear side of cross section made of antibacterial filaments; the intermediate connection layer of cross section is made of filament yarns having a special shape capable of being inserted into the front side of cross section and the rear side of cross section so that the front side of cross section is connected with the rear side of cross section. The biodegradable antibacterial knitted fabric proposed by the present application has a long time significant antibacterial effect by adopting a cross section structure with three layers and antibacterial material, and does not contain any antimicrobials and metal ions, and has the advantages of low cost, easy manufacturing and long lasting antibacterial effect.
Shoe Having Knit Wingtip Upper
A shoe includes a knit upper and a sole secured to the upper. The knit upper has a wingtip pattern knit into the knit upper.
FLAT KNIT BRA
The invention is directed to a flat knit bra comprising two cups (1a, 1b), each cup provided with a neckline zone (2a, 2b), two power slings (4a, 4b) and two wing zones (5a, 5b) and a band (6) having a first and second end (6a, 6b). The neckline zones (2a, 2b) may extend to the band (6) in an overlapping fashion. The power sling (4a, 4b) is comprised of a double layered knit material. The band (6) is branches from a common centre region (16) into more than one band zones (7,8,9,10). One band zone (7,8) extends to the ends (6a, 6b) of the band (6) and at least one other band zone (9,10) extends into each of the wings (5a, 5b).
Woven textile and associated method of manufacture
There is provided a method of manufacturing a woven textile, in which a plurality of warp yarns is interlaced with a plurality of weft yarns. A selvedge is formed by interlacing a first subset of the warp yarns with a first subset of the weft yarns and interlacing a second subset of the warp yarns with a second subset of the weft yarns. The first subset of the warp yarns is not interlaced with the second subset of the weft yarns and the second subset of the warp yarns is not interlaced with the first subset of the weft yarns. The method may be used to manufacture a multilayer textile.
KNITTED FABRIC WITH LEATHER FIBERS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a knitted fabric with leather fibers comprising a ground yarn layer and a face yarn layer directly connected with the ground yarn layer through double knitting. The ground yarn layer includes a plurality of first yarn loops, each of the first yarn loops is formed by a plurality of ground yarns. The face yarn layer includes a plurality of second yarn loops, each of the second yarn loops is formed by at least one face yarn attached with the leather fibers obtained from a piece of leather by a pulverization operation. A course ratio of the face yarn layer to the ground yarn layer is in a range between 1:1.25 and 1:4. Accordingly, the invention provides an innovative knitted fabric and solves the problem that the leather cannot be recycled after being discarded.
