WARP INSERTION AND WARP CHAIN KNITTED CHAIN STRUCTURE FOR KNITTED NET, AND BALE NET WRAP USING SAME
20230002942 · 2023-01-05 ·

A warp-inserted warp chain knitted chain structure for knitted net is disclosed, which is formed by two parts, i.e., a warp-knitted chain and an insertion warp plainly and straightly inserted into the warp-knitted chain. The warp-knitted chain is formed by serially connecting loop links formed through warp knitting of looping fibers. The denier of the warp-knitted chain is 3 times the denier A of the looping fibers. The ratio of the denier A of the looping fibers to the denier C of the insertion warp is less than or equal to 2.33. In a baling net using the same, under the same knitted chain denier, the insertion warp and the warp-knitted chain are used to jointly bear the warp load, such that the insertion warp does not bend, and the strength of the knitted chain is improved, thus improving the overall strength of the baling net.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A PRODUCT PROVIDED WITH A CAVITY, PRODUCT AND SYSTEM FOR THE MANUFACTURE THEREOF

The product manufactured according to the method is waterproof and provided with a cavity, such as a glove, shoe, or a backpack. Initially, a structure is made in the shape of the product by stitching portions of a laminated material attached together by corresponding seams. The stitched structure is then turned inside out and a thermally-curable silicone compound material, in uncured liquid state, is applied on the seams. The structure with applications is then simultaneously subjected to heating with a curing temperature of the material, and to a vacuum operation with pumping means that suck in air from outside the structure with applications into the structure and extract it outside. The invention also relates to a system for manufacturing according to the method.

One embodiment of the present invention provides a nonwoven fabric containing silk fibers in which an abs intensity ratio [abs (1650)/abs (1620)], which is a ratio of an intensity of a peak positioned in a vicinity of 1650 cm.sup.−1 [abs (1650)] in an infrared absorption spectrum to an intensity of a peak positioned in a vicinity of 1620 cm.sup.−1 [abs (1620)] in an infrared absorption spectrum, is larger than 0.65 and 1.90 or less, and a method for producing the nonwoven fabric containing silk fibers.

WHEAT GLUTEN NANOFIBER, METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME AND APPLICATION THEREOF
20220349092 · 2022-11-03 ·

The invention discloses a method for preparing wheat gluten nanofibers, which comprises steps of: (1) dissolving wheat gluten and glycerol monolaurate in a solvent to obtain a spinning solution; the solvent is an aqueous acetic acid solution; a volume percentage concentration of the aqueous acetic acid solution is 40-60%; in the spinning solution, a mass percentage concentration of wheat gluten is 20-30%; (2) carrying out electrospinning with the spinning solution to obtain wheat gluten nanofibers. The wheat gluten nanofibers of the present invention have water stability and antibacterial function, and are obtained by electrospinning with wheat gluten as a raw material, so the wheat gluten nanofibers have good biocompatibility and biodegradability.
